We cordially invite you to TOMORROW X TOGETHER special “STAR X TOGETHER.” Throughout the event period, the first session of each day (11 AM - 12 PM, KST) will be reserved exclusively for MOA Membership holders. Please read the details below carefully. We look forward to your interest and participation. ▶ “STAR X TOGETHER” Event Information - Operating Period: From Sunday, March 2 to Tuesday, March 4, 2025 - Location: 37 Itaewon-ro 49-gil, Yongsan-gu, Seoul - Number of MOA Membership Participants: 80 per session * The first session of each day will be reserved solely for MOA Membership holders. Participants will be selected by raffle through an early application on Weverse. The rest of the sessions will be held on a first-come, first-served basis through reservations on “CATCHTABLE.” * Some of the products sold on-site are prepared in limited quantities each day. The visitors during the first session (the MOA-exclusive session) may make purchases in advance. Please be advised that products may sell out early depending on on-site circumstances. - Operating Hours: *The roll call starts 30 minutes before the start of each session. If you arrive outside your time slot, you cannot check in. Please make sure you arrive on time. (For example) 1st Session Roll Call Time: 10:30 - 11:00 / Admission Time: 11:00 - 12:00 *MOA membership holders can participate in the MOA Membership-exclusive session only once. Multiple participations are not allowed. *You are permitted to remain in the venue for a duration of one hour for the smooth operation of the event. <Making Your Purchase and Precautions> - All items may sell out early depending on on-site circumstances. - The limit to the number of items one guest can purchase may be different for each product, and the payment may be denied or canceled if the limit is exceeded. - Cash is not accepted. Please make your payment via physical credit cards only. <Exchanges and Refunds> 1. Refunds or exchanges are not available after purchase. 2. For defective products only: bring the defective product, receipt, and payment method, and you will be offered an exchange or a refund. 3. You will receive a refund if the product you would like to exchange for is out of stock. In this case, exchange for the same product is not possible. 4. (Born on or before February 18, 2011). ** All participants must fill out the form as shown in the sample. Forms filled out incorrectly will not be considered. ** Multiple submissions will be automatically disqualified. ▶ Things to Note * The wristband distributed during the roll call must be worn at all times at the event site. Your entry will be restricted if you destroy or lose the wristband. * Please make sure you come to the venue during the roll call hour on the day you won. Check-ins outside your designated hour will not be permitted. * Forming lines on-site without staff instruction is prohibited. * There is no separate parking space at the venue, so please use public transportation if possible. * Please follow all staff directions to ensure the safest experience for everyone. We ask for your cooperation so that STAR X TOGETHER will be safe and enjoyable for everyone. ▶ Important information 1) Any application made using unauthorized programs, applications by proxy through payment, application by a third party individual (friend, acquaintance, etc.), transfer and receipt of an entry number, and any other unauthorized activities will result in immediate disqualification of the entry number without exception. Those found to engage in such activities will be denied entry to STAR X TOGETHER. 2) Posting a screenshot of your application is discouraged as it may lead to misuse of the information. Please do not share such a screenshot with anyone. (Any reports of such activities will lead to sanctions for the applicant.) <What to Bring to the Event> * Failure to bring the required items will result in your entry being denied on the day of the event. * If you manage to retrieve the items within the check-in time, you may undergo the verification process again, but you may still not be allowed to enter depending on on-site circumstances. ▶ ID card (must include a recognizable photo) - For Korean Nationality Holders: Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, Passport, Youth ID (issued at Community Service Centers), Mobile ID (issued by Government24, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & National Police Agency, or PASS) - For Non-Korean Nationality Holders: Passport, Residence Card * Other forms of ID will not be accepted (e.g., Student ID, photocopy/photo of ID, a certified copy of ID, etc.) * Student IDs will not be accepted for identity verification. * Photographs, printouts, or mobile screenshots will not be accepted. You may be asked to open and run the mobile ID app on-site. * Your ID should match the information you used in the application, and you must bring a physical ID containing your name, date of birth, and a photo. You will be restricted from participating if the information on your ID does not match the information on your application. * Only physical IDs that have not expired will be accepted as valid forms of identification. * Korean IDs must include a photo, date of birth (6 digits), full name, and must be issued by the head of a public agency. * An application certificate must have a seal of the head of the agency, and personal information, including the photo, personal information, issue number, and expiry date, must be covered with clear tape. An ID suspected of forgery or alteration will not be accepted. * If you applied in a language other than English and thus cannot verify with your English name on your passport, we may ask on-site for an additional ID card that shows your picture and your name in that language. We ask you to prepare in advance and for your cooperation.
