We look forward to seeing you there! ▶ The Starry Night Event Information - Date: Tuesday, March 4, 2025 - Operating Hours for Each Session: - Location: 37 Itaewon-ro 49-gil, Yongsan-gu, Seoul - Number of Participants: 300 in total (100 per session / selected through a raffle) - All-Session Roll Call Time: From 5 PM to 6:30 PM, Tuesday, March 4, 2025 (KST) *There is no separate waiting area on-site. After checking in, please reassemble at the above-specified time for your session. *The number is designated at random. Winners will be notified of their number, and available drinks. *The entry order is unrelated to the roll call order, so please come on time and proceed with your check-in. *Please make sure to check the reassembly time for each session. If you arrive late, you will be given the rearmost seat for your session. *The venue is outdoors, and cushions will be provided for you to sit on the ground as the program takes place. As such, please make sure to bring a jacket and wear comfortable clothes. *Depending on the weather on the day of the event, the event may be canceled midway or before it starts. We will notify you through a separate notice if the event is canceled. *As the event takes place in a limited space, please be advised that you may be restricted from installing excessive photographic equipment or tripods that may obstruct other people’s view. *Please note that participants’ faces may be exposed due to the nature of the event. *The use of any personal cheer items (placards, slogans, cell phone display apps, dolls, fans, etc.) is not allowed. ▶ Application Eligibility ** Only MOA Membership holders who have purchased at least three copies (regardless of version) among the KNIGHT, SAVIOR, and LOVER versions of the “The Star Chapter: SANCTUARY” album from Weverse Shop (GLOBAL) are eligible to apply. ** You must be 14 years of age or older to participate in this event (born on or before February 19, 2011). ** You must satisfy all of the above conditions to apply and participate in the event. ▶The Starry Night Event Application - Application Period: From 12 PM, Wednesday, February 19 to 11:59 PM, Thursday, February 20, 2025 (KST) - Winner Announcement: 12 PM, Tuesday, February 25, 2025 - Check My Events ▶ 1st Session Application Link ▶ 2nd Session Application Link ▶ 3rd Session Application Link Please read the event details thoroughly and select a WELCOME DRINK when you apply for the event. You will receive the drink you choose on the day of the event. ▶ WELCOME DRINK Menu Information ** All participants must fill out the form as shown in the sample. Forms filled out incorrectly will not be considered. ** You may enter multiple times, but you may not win more than once. ▶ Things to Note * While at the event, please wear the wristband and keep the WELCOME DRINK voucher you receive during the roll call. Entry will be restricted if you damage or lose them. * Please note that the seating assignments are unrelated to the check-in order as the entry order is pre-designated. Forming a separate waiting line is prohibited. * Please follow all staff directions to ensure the safest experience for everyone. We ask for your cooperation so the event will be safe and pleasant for everyone. ▶Important Information 1) Any application made using unauthorized programs, applications by proxy through payment, application by a third party individual (friend, acquaintance, etc.), transfer and receipt of an entry number, and any other unauthorized activities will result in immediate disqualification of the entry number without exception. Those found to engage in such activities will be denied entry to the event. 2) Posting a screenshot of your application is discouraged as it may lead to misuse of the information. Please do not share such a screenshot with anyone. (Any reports of such activities will lead to sanctions for the applicant.) <What to Bring to the Event> * Failure to bring the required items will result in your entry being denied on the day of the event. * If you manage to retrieve the items within the check-in time, you may undergo the verification process again, but you may still not be allowed to enter depending on on-site circumstances. ▶ ID card (must include a recognizable photo) - For Korean Nationality Holders: Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, Passport, Youth ID (issued at Community Service Centers), Mobile ID (issued by Government24, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & National Police Agency, or PASS) - For Non-Korean Nationality Holders: Passport, Residence Card * Other forms of ID will not be accepted (e.g., Student ID, photocopy/photo of ID, a certified copy of ID, etc.) * Student IDs will not be accepted for identity verification. * Photographs, printouts or mobile screenshots will not be accepted. You may be asked to open and run the mobile ID app on-site. * Your ID should match the information you used in the application, and you must bring a physical ID containing your name, date of birth, and a photo. You will be restricted from participating if the information on your ID does not match the information on your application. * Only physical IDs that have not expired will be accepted as valid forms of identification. * Korean IDs must include a photo, date of birth (6 digits), full name, and must be issued by the head of a public agency. * An application certificate must have a seal of the head of the agency, and personal information, including the photo, personal information, issue number, and expiry date, must be covered with clear tape. An ID suspected of forgery or alteration will not be accepted. * If you applied in a language other than English and thus cannot verify with your English name on your passport, we may ask on-site for an additional ID card that shows your picture and your name in that language. We ask you to prepare in advance and for your cooperation.
