We would like to inform you on how to purchase the official merchandise of the TOMORROW X TOGETHER WORLD TOUR <ACT : PROMISE> - EP. 2 - IN INCHEON on-site at INSPIRE ARENA from Friday, March 7 to Sunday, March 9, 2025. The official merchandise can be purchased on-site. Please refer to the information below on how to make your purchase. 1. How to Make a Purchase On-Site on the Day of the Concert The TOMORROW X TOGETHER WORLD TOUR <ACT : PROMISE> - EP. 2 - IN INCHEON official merchandise can be purchased on-site on the day of the concert. 1) OFFICIAL MERCHANDISE ON-SITE SALES BOOTH * Sales Dates/Times - From 1 PM to 6:30 PM, Friday, March 7, 2025 - From 10 AM to 4:30 PM, Saturday, March 8, 2025 - From 10 AM to 4:30 PM, Sunday, March 9, 2025 * On-Site Sales Location - INSPIRE RESORT Conference Room (Mountain 4, 5) [Important Information] * Sales may end early if all items are sold out. * Payment Methods: Cash or credit cards are accepted. (Please note that certain credit cards may not be accepted due to policies and conditions set by the card company.) * Purchase Limit for Official Merchandise - A maximum of 2 OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK VER.2 can be purchased per customer. - A maximum of 10 MINI PHOTO CARD and LUCKY DRAW can be purchased per customer. - A maximum of 1 MINI PHOTO CARD SET can be purchased per customer. - For all products, with the exception of OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK VER.2, MINI PHOTO CARD, LUCKY DRAW, and MINI PHOTO CARD SET, a maximum of 3 items can be purchased per customer. For products that come in more than 1 option, up to 3 items can be purchased per option. (e.g., for [TXT X ISTKUNST] S/S T-SHIRT, you can purchase up to 9 pieces, 3 pieces per size) - The maximum purchase limit is subject to change depending on on-site circumstances. [Important Notice Regarding Purchases] * All merchandise may be sold out early before the end of sales hours. * All transactions are made in Korean won (KRW). * Please have your receipt and payment method ready when exchanging a product. (If the product has been sold out, you will receive a full refund.) * Operating hours may change depending on on-site circumstances. * Please do not wait in line overnight. We cannot guarantee your safety during night hours and any lines may be asked to disperse. * Do not purchase illegal merchandise. The TOMORROW X TOGETHER WORLD TOUR <ACT : PROMISE> - EP. 2 - IN INCHEON official merchandise will only be sold at the official merchandise sales booth at the concert venue and on Weverse. Please ensure that you are not adversely affected by purchasing illegal merchandise. * Please note that shopping bags will not be provided at the booth. [Exchanges/Refunds for Official Merchandise Sold On-Site on the Day of the Concert] 1) Exchanges * Exchanges are only possible within 14 days of purchase. * Exchanges are available only at the on-site booth during its operating hours. Please bring the product and receipt with you. * For inquiries regarding exchanges after the on-site booth operation period, please contact us by email (merch.support@hybecorp.com). * “Random” products can only be exchanged if they are defective. 2) Refunds * Refunds are available only at the on-site booth during its operating hours. * We will issue a refund if you visit us with the product, receipt, and payment method. 3) Refunds & Exchanges * Refunds or exchanges will be denied in the following cases: - Products with damage, such as damaged or missing product tags, labels, packaging, etc., caused by the customer - Products showing signs of use such as contamination, body or perfume odor, and signs of being washed - Products with damage to their value to such an extent that they cannot be resold - You will receive a refund if the product you would like to exchange for is out of stock. However, refunds are not possible after the on-site booth operation period. 2. Official Light Stick Pairing Booth Information 1) OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK PAIRING BOOTH * Operating Schedule - From 1 PM to 6:30 PM, Friday, March 7, 2025 - From 10 AM to 4:30 PM, Saturday, March 8, 2025 - From 10 AM to 4:30 PM, Sunday, March 9, 2025 * Location - INSPIRE RESORT Conference Room (Mountain 4, 5) ※ There are no merchandise service booths inside the concert venue. [OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK VER.2 Pairing Information] * You can pair your OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK VER.2 at the on-site pairing booth. * You can also easily self-pair your light stick using the TXT OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK Ver.2 app. Please refer to the schedule below for self-pairing using the app. - Day 1: Available after 4 PM, Thursday, March 6, 2025 (KST) - Day 2: Available after 9 PM, Friday, March 7, 2025 (KST) - Day 3: Available after 8 PM, Saturday, March 8, 2025 (KST) * Please make sure to insert new alkaline batteries before the concert. * The OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK VER.2 requires 3 AAA alkaline batteries. * Your light will fade if the battery is low, and the wireless control may stop. * Please refer to the “TXT OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK App Use Guide” provided in a separate notice for detailed pairing information.
