You may reserve up to one time slot per ID during the operating period through the link provided. - Reservation Opening Date: 11 am, Wednesday, July 16, 2025 (KST) (►PRE-RESERVATION PAGE) - The reservation link will be posted to the artist’s official X channel. It will also be added to this notice for your reference. - In accordance with the platform policy, only customers who are 14 years or older with verified IDs can make the reservation. - Customers who are under the age of 14 can make the reservation with the ID of their legal guardian. - The reservation may close early because each session has limited capacity. In case anyone cancels their reservation, the session will automatically open again for reservation. - If you wish to change your reservation to another session, you can only do so for the sessions that are still open. Please be advised that you may not be able to change it as the reservation is on a first-come, first-served basis. - Reservations cannot be transferred or sold to others. - If you do not show up at your reserved time, your slot will be canceled automatically. - The reservation status will be updated in real time. Walk-in customers can also enter after reserving an available session in real time. [Entry Information] - Entry is allowed only on your reserved date and time. You can line up in front of the store starting 10 minutes before your reservation time. Please refrain from lining up earlier to prevent congestion at the site. - The staff will check your reservation confirmation page upon entry. You must show the staff your web reservation page or the app after logging in. Screenshots or images will not be accepted. - It will be considered a no-show if you don’t show up after 20 minutes have passed since your reserved session, and you cannot enter. Please make sure you visit on time. - You will be able to spend up to 30 minutes inside the POP-UP STORE. Please adhere to the time limit to prevent the subsequent session from being delayed. - Entry may be delayed depending on on-site circumstances. For a seamless POP-UP STORE and shopping experience, please comply with the guidance of the on-site staff. - You must leave after making a purchase, and re-entry is not allowed once you exit. - A reservation is not required if you are visiting only for an exchange/refund of a product or an album. Please inform the staff of the purpose of your visit, and they will guide you in. [How to Purchase Merchandise] - Write the quantity of the merchandise you wish to purchase on the order sheet provided at the entrance and submit it to the counter for payment. Then, you will receive the products on the spot.
