[Operating Schedule] * Operating Period: From Thursday, July 24 to Sunday, July 27, 2025 * Operating Hours: From 10 am to 6 pm (KST) * Location: 513, Yeongdong-daero, Gangnam-gu, Seoul (Booth S19, Hall C, COEX) [Entry Information] 1. Only fair admission ticket holders can visit the booth and purchase merchandise. 2. You can purchase discounted tickets online through NAVER. You must receive an entry wristband after confirming your reservation details and registration at the on-site ticket box to enter. 3. Full-price tickets can be purchased on-site on the day of the event, but they may sell out early. 4. There may be waiting lines for event and booth entry depending on on-site circumstances. Please follow the guidance and precautions provided by the on-site staff for smooth operation. 5. After entry, viewing hours are from 10 am to 6 pm. (▶LINK) [How to Purchase Merchandise] 1. Select from the items at the display stand upon entry and make payment at the counter. Then, you will receive the products on the spot. 2. All products may sell out early. 3. The purchase limit for each product can be checked on-site and is subject to change depending on availability. 4. Among the items for sale, the “COIN POUCH” product is scheduled to be resold through Weverse, the official merchandise store, in the future. 5. You can purchase a “PPULBATU PLASTIC BAG” for a fee when making a product purchase. The PLASTIC BAG is available only to customers who purchase products, and cannot be purchased separately. 6. Cash payments are not accepted. Payments can be made by credit card or via electronic payment methods. (Samsung Pay, Apple Pay, KakaoPay, TossPay, NAVER Pay, Alipay, WeChat Pay) 7. Please consult the on-site staff should you need additional information regarding making purchases. [Exchanges and Refunds] 1. Due to the paid viewing nature of the exhibition, exchanges/refunds are only possible on the day of purchase. Please check your products for any defects as soon as you receive them. 2. Refund or exchange will be denied in the following cases: - Items mended or repaired - Damaged packaging or labels (cut, lost, damaged labels, or missing packaging) caused by customers - Products with signs of being used, worn, or washed - Products with damaged or lost value due to negligence on the customer’s part (such as improper storage or handling) * “Random” products can only be exchanged if they are defective. 3. Refunds will only be provided when all gifts received with the purchase are also returned. Otherwise, your request for a refund may be denied. 4. Please consult the on-site staff should you need additional information regarding the refund and exchange policy. [Important Information] 1. If you drive to the event, you must park in the COEX parking lot. The parking fee will be calculated in accordance to COEX regulations. (▶LINK) 2. Any photography or video recording for commercial or promotional purposes that is not agreed upon in advance is forbidden (bloggers, influencers, streamers, etc.). 3. Please do not wait in line overnight outside the exhibition hall. Any lines may be asked to disperse for safety reasons. 4. Do not purchase illegal merchandise. The official PPULBATU merchandise sold during the event can only be purchased at the official Seoul Illustration Fair booth. - Some items (Big Sticker Set, Deco Sticker, Lucky Draw (Random) - Wappen) can also be purchased through Weverse, the official merchandise store. [Event Information] 1. Booth visitors will receive a character business card randomly provided out of five. (One per person) 2. Guests who follow the official PPULBATU Instagram account and participate in the photo upload event will receive a fan randomly provided out of five. (One per person) - All on-site events will end once the gifts are out of stock. - The gifts are provided randomly and cannot be exchanged or selected. - The gifts are only available on the day of purchase. - Purchases cannot be split for the purpose of receiving multiple gifts. - Receipts cannot be combined to qualify for gift eligibility.
