We would like to inform you on how to purchase the official merchandise of the “TOMORROW X TOGETHER WORLD TOUR <ACT : TOMORROW> IN SEOUL” on-site at Gocheok Sky Dome on Friday, August 22 and Saturday, August 23, 2025. The official merchandise can be purchased in two ways: on-site pickup after purchasing from Weverse or on-site purchase. Please refer to the information below on how to make your purchase. 1. How to Pre-Purchase on Weverse for On-Site Pickup Weverse members can purchase the official merchandise on Weverse TOMORROW X TOGETHER (GLOBAL), then pick up their purchases on-site at the TOMORROW X TOGETHER WORLD TOUR <ACT : TOMORROW> IN SEOUL. 1) Weverse On-Site Pickup Booth * Sales Dates/Times - From 12 pm to 6 pm, Friday, August 22, 2025 - From 10 am to 4 pm, Saturday, August 23, 2025 * On-Site Pickup Dates/Times - From 12 pm to 6:30 pm, Friday, August 22, 2025 - From 10 am to 4:30 pm, Saturday, August 23, 2025 * On-Site Pickup Location - Gocheok Sky Dome Soccer Field [Important Information] * Weverse members can purchase the official merchandise through Weverse TOMORROW X TOGETHER (GLOBAL) after coming within a 2.5 km radius of the TOMORROW X TOGETHER WORLD TOUR <ACT : TOMORROW> IN SEOUL venue, then pick up their purchases on site. * How to Pre-Purchase Official Merchandise on Weverse and Pick Up On-Site ① Click the [Weverse Shop] icon at the bottom left of Weverse Home - TOMORROW X TOGETHER (GLOBAL) - Purchase the [On-Site Pickup Only] product from the PICK-UP category ② Weverse > Check the QR code on [Order History] in More ③ Present your QR code to the staff when at the on-site pickup area, and pick up your purchases * Sales may end early if all items are sold out. * Purchase Limit for Official Merchandise - The purchase limit for each product is subject to change depending on availability. Please check the product guide banner on-site on the day of the concert. [Important Notice Regarding Purchases] * Merchandise may be sold out early before the end of sales hours. * Purchases that are not picked up during on-site pickup hours will be canceled and refunded within three business days. * Operating hours may change depending on on-site circumstances. * Please make sure not to disclose the QR code received upon making your purchase from Weverse to others, as purchase pickups do not require identity verification. * Please do not wait in line overnight. We cannot guarantee your safety during night hours and any lines may be asked to disperse. * Do not purchase illegal merchandise. The “TOMORROW X TOGETHER WORLD TOUR <ACT : TOMORROW> IN SEOUL” official merchandise will only be sold at the official merchandise sales booth at the concert venue and on Weverse. Please ensure that you are not adversely affected by purchasing illegal merchandise. * Shopping bags will not be provided at the booth. [Exchanges/Refunds for On-Site Pickup Products] 1) Exchanges * Exchanges are only possible within 14 days of purchase. * Exchanges are available only at the on-site booth during its operating hours. Please bring the product and order details with you. * For inquiries regarding exchanges after the on-site booth operation period, please contact Weverse Help. * “Random” products can only be exchanged if they are defective. 2) Refunds * Refunds are available only at the on-site booth during its operating hours. * We will issue a refund if you visit us with the product and order details. 3) Exchanges & Refunds * Exchanges or refunds will be denied in the following cases: - Products with damage, such as damaged or missing product tags, labels, packaging, etc., caused by the customer - Products showing signs of use such as contamination, body or perfume odor, signs of being washed, or opened/damaged packaging - Products with damage to their value to such an extent that they cannot be resold, including damage to the packaging - You will receive a refund if the product you would like to exchange for is out of stock. 2. (Please note that certain credit cards may not be accepted due to policies and conditions set by the card company.) * Purchase Limit for Official Merchandise - The purchase limit for each product is subject to change depending on availability. Please check the product guide banner on-site on the day of the concert. Official Light Stick Pairing Booth Information 1) Pairing Booth Outside the Venue * Operating Schedule - From 2 pm to 5:30 pm, Friday, August 22, 2025 - From 1 pm to 4:30 pm, Saturday, August 23, 2025 Location - Gocheok Sky Dome Soccer Field 2) Pairing Booth Inside the Venue * Operating Schedule - From 5 pm to 7:30 pm, Friday, August 22, 2025 - From 3 pm to 5:30 pm, Saturday, August 23, 2025 * Location - 1F Floor Gate, 2F Gate A, 4F in between Section 403 and Section 404 [OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK Pairing Information] * OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK VER.1 does not support wireless control or pairing. * You can pair your OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK VER.2 at the on-site pairing booths. * You can also easily self-pair your OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK using the “TXT OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK VER.2” smartphone app. Please refer to the schedule below for self-pairing using the app. * Day 1: Available after 4 pm, Wednesday, August 20, 2025 (KST) * Day 2: Available after 9 pm, Friday, August 22, 2025 (KST) * Please make sure to insert three new AAA alkaline batteries before the concert.
