Detailed Information - Winners will receive a physical invitation in advance. * There are separate shipping dates for the product you purchased and the event prize. The purchased product will ship after its release date, and the prize will be shipped to winners following the winner announcement. * Physical invitations will be delivered based on the shipping address corresponding with your winning order number. * However, if additional shipping-related costs arise during prize shipment due to customer circumstances such as 1) entering incorrect shipping information (first/last name, address, phone number), 2) refusal to pay applicable customs duties, or 3) absence or refusal of recipient upon shipment, the customer will bear these costs. Winning tickets for this event cannot be applied for/received by proxy, nor can they be transferred/sold to others (if such violations are discovered, you will not be able to participate). 7. If you apply for the event through a proxy application site other than Weverse Shop, this will be considered as selling a winning ticket and your win may be canceled. Weverse Shop is not responsible for any losses, such as win cancellation or financial fraud, that may occur due to the use of proxy application sites. Please exercise extreme caution. 8. If you purchase an event-eligible album for the purpose of obtaining financial gain through proxy application or the transfer/sale of winning tickets, Weverse Shop may take actions such as order cancellation or usage restrictions for violation of the member terms of service. You will not be able to participate if you fail to bring your ID. 10. Per the Personal Information Collection Policy of Weverse Company, only those 14 years of age or above as of the entry date are eligible to enter this event (e.g., someone born on October 20, 2011 cannot apply on October 19, 2025, but can apply on October 20, 2025 and later). Those under 14 years of age will not be able to participate, even with an accompanying guardian. 6. Required Items for Winners - Valid form of ID ※ What are valid forms of ID? - For Korean Nationality Holders: Passport, Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, Youth ID (issued at Community Service Centers), Mobile ID (issued by Government24, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & National Police Agency, or PASS) - For Non-Korean Nationality Holders: Passport, Residence Card * Other forms of ID will not be accepted (e.g., student ID, photocopy/photo of ID, a certified copy of ID, resident register, etc.) * Photographs, printouts, or mobile screenshots will not be accepted. You may be asked to open and run the mobile ID app on-site. * Your ID should match the information you used in the application, and you must bring a physical ID containing your name, date of birth, and a photo. You will be restricted from participating if the information on your ID does not match the information on your application. * Only physical IDs that have not expired will be accepted as valid forms of identification. * Your ID cannot be used to verify your identity if the photograph is not your photograph or cannot be easily recognized due to damage. * An ID will not be accepted as valid if the information cannot be clearly identified. * Korean IDs must include a photo, date of birth (6 digits), and full name, and must be issued by the head of a public agency. * An application certificate must have a seal of the head of the agency, and personal information, including the photo, personal information, issue number, and expiry date, must be covered with clear tape. An ID suspected of forgery or alteration will not be accepted. * If you applied in a language other than English and thus cannot verify with your English name on your passport, we may ask on-site for an additional ID card that shows your picture and your name in that language.
