[STORE INFO] * DATES: 2026.01.27 (TUE) - 2026.02.08 (SUN) * HOURS : 11:10 – 21:00 / 21:40(TST) Mon–Wed / Sun: 11:00 – 21:30 Thu–Sat: 11:00 – 22:00 * LOCATION: BREEZE CENTER (GF, No.39, Section 1, Fuxing S Rd, Songshan District, Taipei City, 105) [Waiting & Entry] * From January 27 (Tue) to February 1 (Sun), entry will be operated by online reservation only. * From February 2 (Mon) to February 8 (Sun), entry will be available via walk-in waiting only. (Numbered tickets will be distributed daily at designated times.) * The use of chairs or tents while waiting is not permitted. * After opening, entry will be guided by staff according to the waiting order. Entry may be delayed depending on on-site conditions. [Online Reservation Method] * Online reservation opens: January 22 (Thu) 18:00 (TST) * Step 1: Sign up or log in to the ACCUPASS website / app.: https://www.accupass.com/go/TXT_GLOBAL_TP * Step 2: Select your preferred date and session, then click “Register Now” at the bottom of the page. * Step 3: Enter the visitor’s basic information, check the agreement box, and submit. * Step 4: After completing the reservation, the confirmation details will be sent to the email address registered with your account. * Step 5: Check your QR code e-ticket on the “My Tickets” page or in the app. * Step 6: Present the QR code in the waiting line and follow staff instructions for entry. [Online Entry Guidelines] * Each online reservation is valid for 30 minutes per session. Please arrive at the waiting line 10 minutes before the session begins. Late arrival will result in cancellation, and entry will not be permitted. * Reservations must be made using the visitor’s own ACCUPASS account, and the entered information must match the official ID. * Entry is permitted once per session only. Re-entry is not allowed after exit. Late entry will still require exit at the originally scheduled time. * If you are unable to attend, please cancel your reservation directly through the ACCUPASS system at least 24 hours before the event begins. Canceled reservations will be automatically released. [STORE POLICY] Visitors who enter the pop-up store are considered to have agreed to the following terms and conditions. * Products and giveaway items are available in limited quantities and may sell out early. * CCTV is in operation for safety purposes. * Entry with animals is prohibited, except for guide dogs. * Please take care of your personal belongings. The organizer is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage. * Food and beverages are not allowed inside the pop-up store. * Photo and video recording may take place inside the venue. Visitors’ faces may appear on official SNS channels or media. * Commercial filming without prior agreement is prohibited. *Please follow staff instructions at all times. Violations may result in immediate removal. [PURCHASE POLICY] * Payment is accepted via physical credit cards and cash only. * Purchase limits may be adjusted depending on on-site sales conditions. * Please check the product condition carefully before payment. * Exchanges or refunds due to change of mind are not permitted after payment. * If a purchased product is defective, exchanges are available only during pop-up operating hours (receipt required). Please check the product immediately upon receipt, as exchanges or refunds will not be accepted after operating hours. * If the same product is out of stock, exchanges for another product of equal or higher value are allowed. Additional payment is required if the selected product is higher in price. * All exchanges are subject to staff verification. Exchanges are not permitted in the following cases: - No receipt - Product damage, opening traces, or damaged packaging caused by the customer - Signs of use or wear, or presence of odors other than the product’s original scent - Damage caused by customer negligence (excluding manufacturing defects) - Photocard exchange/refund policy: Due to material characteristics, minor scratches may occur. Dents, scratches, ink marks, or pressure marks within 5mm on the artist image (including the back) are not eligible for exchange or refund. * Final decisions regarding exchanges and refunds are at the discretion of the pop-up store operation team. Any behavior that violates the above policies, causes inconvenience to other customers, or is deemed inappropriate may result in denied entry or removal. Thank you.
