Hello. We would like to inform you on how to purchase the official merchandise of TOMORROW X TOGETHER “2026 TXT MOA CON” on-site at KSPO DOME, from Friday, February 27 to Sunday, March 1, 2026. The official merchandise can be purchased in two ways: on-site pickup after purchasing from Weverse Shop or on-site purchase. Please refer to the information below on how to make your purchase. - 1. How to Pre-Purchase on Weverse Shop for On-Site Pickup Weverse Shop members can purchase the official merchandise on Weverse Shop TOMORROW X TOGETHER (GLOBAL), then pick up their purchases on-site at TOMORROW X TOGETHER “2026 TXT MOA CON.” 1) Weverse On-Site Pickup Booth * Sales Dates/Times - From 1 pm to 6 pm, Friday, February 27, 2026 - From 12 pm to 5 pm, Saturday, February 28, 2026 - From 11 am to 4 pm, Sunday, March 1, 2026 * On-Site Pickup Dates/Times - From 1 pm to 6:30 pm, Friday, February 27, 2026 - From 12 pm to 5:30 pm, Saturday, February 28, 2026 - From 11 am to 4:30 pm, Sunday, March 1, 2026 * On-Site Pickup Location - Meeting Square, KSPO DOME [Important Information] * Weverse members can purchase the official merchandise through Weverse TOMORROW X TOGETHER (GLOBAL) after coming within a 3 km radius of the TOMORROW X TOGETHER “2026 TXT MOA CON” venue, then pick up their purchases on site. * How to Pre-Purchase Official Merchandise on Weverse and Pick Up On-Site ① Click the [Weverse Shop] icon at the bottom left of Weverse Home - TOMORROW X TOGETHER (GLOBAL) - Purchase the [On-Site Pickup Only] product from the PICK-UP category ※ Before proceeding with payment, click the PICK-UP Reservation button and select your desired pickup time. ② Weverse > Check the QR code on [Order History] in More ③ Arrive at the official merchandise booth at your pre-selected pickup time, present your QR code to the staff, and pick up your purchases. ※ Please make sure not to disclose the QR code received upon making your purchase from Weverse Shop to others, as purchases are picked up without identity verification. Purchases that are not picked up during on-site pickup hours will be canceled and refunded within three business days. ※ Example) If you have selected the 1 pm - 1:30 pm time slot, you should arrive at the booth between 1 pm and 1:30 pm to receive your product. ※ Please adhere to your PICK-UP reservation time. Entry will be prioritized for customers visiting during their reserved time slot. ※ Early entry before your PICK-UP reservation time is not permitted. If you miss your reservation time, your entry may be restricted or delayed, depending on on-site circumstances. * For more details on PICK-UP reservations, please refer to the separate notice. * Purchase Limit for Official Merchandise: - The purchase limit for each product is subject to change depending on availability. [Exchanges/Refunds for Official Merchandise Picked Up On-Site on the Day of the Concert] 1) Exchanges * Exchanges are only possible within 14 days of purchase. * Exchanges are available only at the on-site booth during its operating hours. Please bring the product and order details with you. * For inquiries regarding exchanges after the on-site booth operation period, please contact Weverse Help. * “Random” products can only be exchanged if they are defective. 2) Refunds * Refunds are available only at the on-site booth during its operating hours. * We will issue a refund if you visit us with the product and order details. 3) Exchanges & Refunds * Exchanges or refunds will be denied in the following cases: - Products with damage, such as damaged or missing product tags, labels, packaging, etc., caused by the customer - Products showing signs of use, such as contamination, body or perfume odor, signs of being washed, or opened/damaged packaging - Products with damage to their value to such an extent that they cannot be resold, including damage to the packaging - You will receive a refund if the product you would like to exchange for is out of stock. 2. How to Purchase On-Site on the Day of the Concert The TOMORROW X TOGETHER “2026 TXT MOA CON” official merchandise can be purchased on-site on the day of the concert. 1) OFFICIAL MERCHANDISE ON-SITE SALES BOOTH * Sales Dates/Times - From 1 pm to 6:30 pm, Friday, February 27, 2026 - From 12 pm to 5:30 pm, Saturday, February 28, 2026 - From 11 am to 4:30 pm, Sunday, March 1, 2026 * On-Site Sales Location - Meeting Square, KSPO DOME [Important Information] * Sales may end early if all items are sold out. * Payment Methods: Cash and credit cards are accepted. (Please note that certain credit cards may not be accepted due to policies and conditions set by the card company.) * Purchase Limit for Official Merchandise: - The purchase limit for each product is subject to change depending on availability. Please check the product guide banner on-site on the day of the concert. [Important Notice Regarding Purchases] * All items may sell out early. * All transactions are made in Korean won (KRW). * Please have your receipt and payment method ready when exchanging a product. (If the product has been sold out, you will receive a full refund.) * Operating hours may change depending on on-site circumstances. * Please do not wait in line overnight. We cannot guarantee your safety during night hours, and any lines may be asked to disperse. * Do not purchase illegal merchandise. The TOMORROW X TOGETHER “2026 TXT MOA CON” official merchandise will only be sold at the official merchandise sales booth at the concert venue and on Weverse. Please ensure that you are not adversely affected by purchasing illegal merchandise. * Please note that shopping bags will not be provided at the booth. Official Light Stick Service Booth Information * Pairing and repair service is available for the OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK VER.2. 1) Pairing Booth Outside the Venue * Operating Schedule - From 3 pm to 6:30 pm, Friday, February 27, 2026 - From 2 pm to 5:30 pm, Saturday, February 28, 2026 - From 1 pm to 4:30 pm, Sunday, March 1, 2026 * Location - Meeting Square, KSPO DOME 2) Pairing Booth Inside the Venue * Operating Schedule - Friday, February 27, 2026, from when the gate opens to 30 minutes after the concert begins - Saturday, February 28, 2026, from when the gate opens to 30 minutes after the concert begins - Sunday, March 1, 2026, from when the gate opens to 30 minutes after the concert begins * Location - GATE 2-1, 2-2, 2-3 [OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK VER.2 Pairing Information] * OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK VER.1 does not support wireless control or pairing. * You can pair your OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK VER.2 at the on-site pairing booth. * You can also easily self-pair your Light Stick using the TXT Official Light Stick Ver.2 app. Please refer to the schedule below for self-pairing using the app. * Day 1 - Available starting 4 pm, Thursday, February 26, 2026 (KST) * Day 2 - Available starting 9 pm, Friday, February 27, 2026 (KST) * Day 3 - Available starting 8 pm, Saturday, February 28, 2026 (KST) * Please make sure to insert new alkaline batteries before the concert. * The OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK VER.2 requires 3 AAA alkaline batteries. * If the battery is low, it may automatically turn off and wireless control may be interrupted. * Please refer to the “TXT Official Light Stick Ver.2 App User Guide” provided in a separate notice for detailed pairing information.
