The event prize cannot be exchanged for other artists’ instant photos. 7. The event prizes are produced based on the number of event winners and cannot be exchanged even when they have defects. 8. If you are a winner and must exchange the product you purchased, you must send the product only (excluding the event prize). However, if you want to refund your product, you must return both the product and the event prize. If the event prize is not returned, your refund cannot be granted. 9.
