Participants’ faces and voices may be captured, edited, and used depending on the production process. By attending the event, participants are regarded to have agreed to the unrestricted use of such materials. Filmed content may be edited or adjusted for production purposes. Please also note that some views may be restricted due to on-site equipment and staging. - To ensure the smooth operation of the event, entry is restricted for participants carrying professional recording equipment (e.g., DSLR cameras, digital cameras, camcorders). We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing such devices. - The possession or use of any devices capable of recording or filming, including mobile phones, is strictly prohibited inside the venue. All such devices will be collected upon entry and returned after the event. We kindly ask for your understanding. Participants who do not consent to this policy may be denied entry. If any violation is discovered (including the use of mobile phones), the recorded materials will be deleted and the participant may be required to leave the venue. - Seats will be randomly assigned in advance. Please refrain from changing seats or moving during the event. - Check-in may not be available if you arrive outside the designated time, depending on on-site conditions. - To ensure the safety of all participants, forming unofficial waiting lines is strictly prohibited. Please follow staff instructions and wait only at the designated place and time. - Entry may be restricted once the event has begun. Please make sure to arrive on time. - As this event takes place prior to the official music release, participants may be required to sign a confidentiality agreement regarding restrictions on filming and recording. Those who do not consent may not be allowed to attend. - Any actions that may infringe copyright, including taking photos or videos, recording audio, or live streaming during the event, are strictly prohibited. Violators may be asked to leave. - This event is intended solely for full album listening and content production purposes. The artist will not be appearing or attending the event.
