Please read the notice below before participating in the event. We look forward to your enthusiastic participation. ▶ 2022 K GLOBAL HEART DREAM AWARDS - Scheduled Time of Broadcast: 6:30 PM, Thursday, August 25, 2022 (KST) - Check-in Venue: Jamsil Student Gymnasium - Check-in Time: 2:00 PM, Thursday, August 25, 2022 (KST) - Participants: 30 <COVID-19 Notice> # You must wear a mask both indoors and outdoors throughout the music show. If you are not wearing a mask, you may be denied entry, and any intake of food and drinks other than water is prohibited. # Please adhere to safety measures against COVID-19 (wearing a mask, washing hands, etc.) to ensure everyone’s safety in the music show. <How to Apply> ** MOA Membership Holders + Those who purchased “minisode 2: Thursday’s Child” album (At least 1 version among the MESS Ver. / END ver. / HATE ver.; Regardless of the version) from the Weverse shop are eligible for pre-application. ** You must satisfy both of the above conditions to participate in the music show. ▶ 2022 K GLOBAL HEART DREAM AWARDS Application - Application Period: 7:00 - 7:30 PM, Wednesday, August 24, 2022 (KST) - Application Link ** The application page will be activated 10 minutes beforehand. Please enter the application link in advance, fill in your personal information, check your consent to collect/use your personal information, and complete the application for participation in time. ** It is impossible to modify your application after clicking "Apply for Participation", so please proceed with the application in time. ** Winners will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis based on applications received from 7:00PM (KST). ** The application page will open based on the server time. ** Check if you have won and your entry number on the "TXT Event Entry History" web page 30 to 60 minutes after the application period has closed. ** You must fill out the form exactly as in the provided template. You will be disqualified for participation if you did not follow the template. ** Those who are late will be given the number that follows the waitlisted. ** Duplicate applications will be disqualified for participation. <Notice> 1) If you are found to have won through fraudulent means, such as applying through an illegal program, paying for proxy application, applying through a third party (friends, acquaintances, etc.), transferring an entry number that has been assigned to you, or receiving someone else's number, the assigned entry number will not be recognized under any circumstances and you will be disqualified for participation and will be subject to the same disadvantages as event absentees. 2) Uploading the screenshot of your application on Twitter or other social media platforms may lead to misuse of the information. (You will be penalized if you are reported for the above activities.) <What to Bring to the Event> ** If you fail to bring even one of the required items, you will be unable to participate in the music show on the day. - You will be marked as absent if you fail to bring even one of the items, so please read the information below carefully and make sure you do not miss anything. - If you fail to bring the required items, as long as you prepare them before the entry numbers are assigned, you will be able to have them checked. Once your items are confirmed, please stand in the "LATE" line in order. (Whether or not you are eligible to enter will be determined by the circumstances on-site.) 1) Purchase of more than one “minisode 2: Thursday’s Child” album from Weverse Shop (Among the MESS Ver. / END Ver. / HATE Ver.) - Those who have purchased more than one regular “minisode 2: Thursday's Child” album from Weverse Shop are eligible to participate in the event. (The Tear Ver. is not included in the event draw.) - The on-site staff will not check the actual album on the date of the music show. - You can participate in the event as long as you have purchased more than one album from Weverse Shop, regardless of the kind (set or random product). 2) Download statement of all five songs of “minisode 2: Thursday's Child” + Printout of Melon profile page - We only accept hard copies (printouts). We do not accept screenshots on your smartphones. - You can find it on “My Music” or “Melon Membership/Purchase Information” page in the Melon website. If this is the case, please sign in with your Kakao ID instead of your Melon ID, and the verification pop-up window will appear. 3) ID Card (must include a recognizable photo) - Your ID should match the information that you entered during application, and you must bring a physical ID that contains your name / date of birth / photo. We do not accept photos, photocopies, or screenshots of your ID. If the photo on your ID is not you or has been damaged with stickers or doodles beyond recognition, you need to present another ID. * If the staff deems that the photo on your ID does not match your actual appearance, you may be requested to provide additional proof of identity. We ask for your cooperation. * Korean nationals: Passport (must be issued before December 21, 2020), Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, Youth Card (issued at Community Service Centers) * Non-Korean nationals: Passport, Residence Card * For those whose passports have been issued after December 21, 2020, you must show your passport and the passport information certificate. ** If you entered your name in English when you signed up for the MOA membership, your identity can only be confirmed with your passport. * You must apply under the name on your ID card you will be bringing with you on the day. * We do not accept student IDs. * We do not accept expired IDs. In case a conflict arises with the guards present at the event due to various reasons including leaving the show midway, you may be given a disadvantage in the future, such as being denied entrance to the fan club seats. We kindly ask for your cooperation in complying with the staff’s guide to ensure MOA's safe and pleasant viewing experience. 2) Depending on the show, there may be age or application restrictions. Please check the details of the relevant program before applying. 3) Taking photographs, videos, or making audio recordings are strictly prohibited in the studio where the music show is held. All devices capable of taking video or audio recordings are strictly prohibited from being brought into the venue. If you are discovered doing any of the above activities, you may be subject to penalties such as being denied access to fan club seats by the authority of the security team or staff of the broadcasting studio. This is to ensure MOA's safety and a pleasant viewing experience during the music show. We ask for your cooperation and understanding. ** If you are discovered, you will be asked to leave the venue immediately and all photos and recordings will be deleted on the spot. The company will not be held liable for any damage that may occur to your device while you are exiting the venue. ** You will also be banned from participating in any future music shows. 4) If you are not present in line during the check-in time, or if you missed your check-in time due to standing in the incorrect order, you will be marked as late. Please stand in the “LATE” line. ** On-site staff are not in charge of lining you up. Please make sure that you remember your entry number and stand in line accordingly. ** If you arrive after your check-in time, please stand in the “LATE” line in order. (For example:) Check-in Time: 8 PM → You must be present in the waiting line by 7:59:59 PM. → If you arrive at 8:00:00 PM, you will be marked as late. 5) Engaging in dangerous behaviors such as rushing to the artists’ vehicles while TOMORROW X TOGETHER are getting to or off work is highly dangerous. If you are found to have engaged in such behaviors, you will be banned from participating in any future music shows. We ask for your kind consideration and cooperation to ensure the safety of both MOA and TOMORROW X TOGETHER. 6) If you are assigned a fan club seat, you are prohibited from leaving the seat at your own accord. 7) You can deliver your letters to the TOMRROW X TOGETHER members at the music show. Please deliver your letters to the on-site staff, and they will pass them on to the artists. ** Other than letters, no other gifts are permitted. We ask that you carefully read the notice before joining so everyone at the music show can enjoy the performance in a safe and pleasant manner. This notice may be partially revised or supplemented based on the situation on-site. Please keep in mind that we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to read the notice.
