[Operating Schedule] * Operating Period: From Tuesday, May 26 to Sunday, June 7, 2026 * Operating Hours: From 11 am to 8 pm (KST) * Location: 7 Yeonmujang 11-gil, Seongdong-gu, Seoul [Online Reservation] - For the Merch Zone only, PPULBATU <Hey! APPUL Market> POP-UP with 29 SWEET HOUSE operates on an online reservation system. - Reservation Opening Dates (▶ Link) > Week 1: 11 am, Thursday, May 21, 2026 (KST) └ Usage Period: From Tuesday, May 26 to Sunday, May 31 > Week 2: 11 am, Friday, May 29, 2026 (KST) └ Usage Period: From Monday, June 1 to Sunday, June 7 - Reservations are made through a separate Weverse page. You must log in to your Weverse account to make a reservation. Only accounts that have completed registration on Weverse can make a reservation. Each reservation allows admission for one person only. ※ Weverse services are available only to users who meet the minimum age requirement according to the Weverse Company Privacy Policy and the personal data protection laws of the country or region of access (14 years old in Korea, 13 years old in the United States, and 16 years old in other regions). - Your entry QR code will be checked upon entry. To process your entry on-site, please present the QR code from the app or web reservation page to the staff. A reservation information email will be sent to the email address you provided when applying. If you don’t receive the email, please check the email address you entered and your spam folder. - To ensure smooth service when using the Weverse app, please keep it up to date. If you have an earlier version, you will need to update. - Each session has a limited number of spots available and may close early. However, if there is a cancellation in a session that has closed, it will automatically reopen. - If you wish to change your reservation after completing it, you must first cancel the existing reservation and then make a new reservation for one of the other sessions. However, please note that changes may not be possible in this case, as the reservation system is first-come, first-served. - Reservations cannot be transferred or sold to others. - The reservation status will be updated in real time. Walk-in customers can also enter after reserving an available session in real time. - For inquiries regarding your Weverse account or the system, please contact Weverse Help. - To ensure a fair and smooth experience for multiple users, reservations and use are allowed only once per person per week. Failure to comply may result in the cancellation of reservation without prior notice and measures such as restrictions on use by on-site staff. [POP-UP Entry Information] * MERCH ZONE Entry Information (*Hey! APPUL Market) - Entry is only accessible to those with reservations, and is only available on the reserved date and time. - Please wait in the outdoor waiting area next to the POP-UP 10 minutes before your reservation time, following the instructions of the staff. To prevent crowding, please refrain from waiting earlier than your designated time. - It will be considered a no-show if you don’t show up after 20 minutes have passed since your reserved session, and you will not be allowed entry. Please make sure you visit on time. - After verifying the entry QR code at the entrance, entry will proceed sequentially. To ensure smooth entry, please have your QR code ready in advance. - You can stay for up to one hour after entry. Please make sure to keep the time limit, as the following session may be delayed if you leave late. - Entry may be delayed depending on on-site circumstances. For smooth operations, please comply with the guidance of the on-site staff. - Re-entry is not allowed once you exit. - A reservation is not required if you are visiting only for a product exchange or refund. Please inform the staff of the purpose of your visit, and they will guide you in. * F&B ZONE Entry Information (*29 SWEET HOUSE) - You can enter the F&B ZONE without making a prior reservation. Register on the on-site queuing system, wait for your turn, and enter. - Should the number of customers exceed the limit, we will operate an on-site queuing system for your optimal visiting experience. - Entry registration may close early, depending on on-site circumstances. Even those who have already registered for entry may have their entry delayed or denied, depending on the number of customers already inside. - You can spend up to one hour in the F&B ZONE after you enter. - Visitors to the MERCH ZONE can visit the F&B ZONE immediately upon exit without using the on-site queuing system. * SNACK ZONE Entry Information - The SNACK ZONE is an indoor/outdoor dining area located within the POP-UP, where you can freely enjoy drinks and desserts purchased from the F&B ZONE. Entry may be delayed or restricted depending on on-site circumstances. - You can use the SNACK ZONE for up to one hour after entry. Please adhere to the time limit out of consideration for other customers. * EVENT ZONE Entry Information (*GIFT STATION) - There are various on-site events available to customers who visit the MERCH ZONE and/or the F&B ZONE. - For detailed information, see the event notices below and the leaflet you receive upon entry. [Making Your Merchandise Purchase and Precautions] - The number of items one customer can purchase may be limited depending on the product, and payment may be denied or canceled if it exceeds the limit. - Products may sell out early. - The purchase limit for each product can be checked on-site at the POP-UP and is subject to change depending on availability. - Reusable bags can only be purchased by customers who have purchased a product. They cannot be purchased alone or provided as an add-on. - Payment for merchandise can only be made via credit card, Samsung Pay, or Apple Pay. (Cash and QR code payment methods are not accepted.) - Please note that certain credit cards may not be accepted due to policies and conditions set by the card company. You may be restricted from making payments if the card is registered under a different name. - Please consult the on-site staff should you need additional information regarding making purchases. [Merchandise Exchanges and Refunds] - Exchanges or refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you visit the POP-UP with the product, receipt, and payment method. - During the operating period, exchanges and refunds are available only at the POP-UP. - After the operating period, refunds will not be available regardless of the 14-day purchase policy. - For inquiries on exchanges after the operating period, please contact us by email (popup@hybecorp.com). - If you wish to exchange an item due to a defect but the item is sold out, it cannot be exchanged for the same item, and a refund will be issued. However, refunds are not possible once the POP-UP’s operating period is over. - A refund will be made to your payment method, and the gifts you received along with your purchase must also be returned. - Refund or exchange will be denied in the following cases: > The gifts provided upon purchase are not returned or are damaged > The product has sustained damage, such as damaged or missing product tags, labels, packaging, etc., caused by the customer > The product shows signs of use, such as contamination, body or perfume odor, signs of being washed, or opened/damaged packaging > The product has sustained damage to its value to such an extent that it cannot be resold, including damage to the packaging [POP-UP Events] 1. Giveaway for Merchandise Purchasers - Customers who purchase merchandise will receive one <Hey! APPUL Market> membership card (randomly selected out of five types, one per person). 2. Gift Giveaway Based on Merchandise Purchase Amount - Customers who purchase merchandise worth KRW 50,000 or more will receive a TOMORROW X TOGETHER portrait photo card (randomly selected out of five types). - Photo cards will be given each time you reach the purchase amount threshold. (For example, if you spend at least KRW 120,000, you will receive two random photo cards) * Membership cards and portrait photo cards will be provided at the MERCH ZONE cashier’s desk to customers making merchandise purchases. 3. Stamp Mission - These events are for visitors to the MERCH ZONE and F&B ZONE. They are conducted in the event zone set up inside the POP-UP. If you complete the stamp mission following the instructions on the leaflet you receive when you enter, you can get various rewards, including PPULBATU stickers, special PPULBATU stickers, and “PPULBATU’s Pick!” items from 29CM. [EVENT 1] SWEET PPULBATU - You can earn one stamp each time you spend at least KRW 10,000 on official PPULBATU merchandise or at one F&B booth. - If you earn all the EVENT 1 stamps, you will receive a PPULBATU sticker (randomly selected out of 10 types). [EVENT 2] 29 SWEET LUCKY DRAW - You can earn one stamp for either of the following: verifying your 29CM membership or making a purchase of at least KRW 10,000 at one F&B booth. - If you earn all the EVENT 2 stamps, you will receive a Lucky Draw ticket. - For the Lucky Draw, you will receive one randomly selected item out of the following: a “PPULBATU’s Pick!” item from 29CM, a PPULBATU special sticker (randomly selected out of 7 types), a discount coupon for the 29CM HOME Seongsu store, a 29CM discount coupon, or a MUSINSA Mega Store Food Garden discount coupon. * To participate in both EVENT 1 and EVENT 2, you must visit different F&B booths (e.g., if you receive a stamp for EVENT 1 at Booth A, you cannot receive a stamp for EVENT 2 at Booth A, even if you make an additional purchase). [Important Information for Participating in the Events] - All events held at the POP-UP may conclude early once the gifts are out of stock. - Gifts can only be provided on the day of purchase. - Splitting receipts for multiple event participation or combining receipts is not permitted. - The gifts are randomly provided, and they cannot be exchanged or selected. [Other Usage Guidelines and Precautions] - No food or drinks are allowed to ensure your pleasant experience. Animal companions will be restricted from entering (except for service dogs for the disabled). - Any photography or video recording for commercial or promotional purposes that are not agreed upon in advance is forbidden (Bloggers, influencers, streamers, etc.). - Surveillance cameras are in operation inside to ensure visitors’ safety. - We may take photos or videos inside and around the POP-UP. The photos and videos may be uploaded on HYBE’s social media channels, platforms, etc. We ask for your understanding. - Parking is not available in the building. Please use another parking lot or public transportation. We do not offer separate assistance related to parking. - Please do not wait in line overnight.
