[Operating Schedule] - Operating Period: From Thursday, August 13 to Sunday, September 6, 2026 (Open every day for a total of 25 days) - Operating Hours: Every day from 10 am to 7:30 pm (KST) - Location: GF, Galleria Forêt, 32-14 Seoulsup 2-gil, Seongdong-gu, Seoul (THE SEOULITEUM Exhibition Hall 1) [Merch Shop Entry Information] - The Merch Shop is open only to visitors of the TOMORROW X TOGETHER ‘LAYERS OF US’ exhibition, and cannot be accessed separately. - The Merch Shop is located at the end of the exhibition route before you exit. Depending on on-site circumstances, there may be a delay in entry if the number of people using the shop exceeds the occupancy limit. - Re-entry to the exhibition or the Merch Shop is not permitted after exiting. - For more information on ticket reservation and the exhibition, please refer to HYBE INSIGHT’s announcement and reservation page. (Ticket information: ▶Link) [Making Your Purchase and Precautions] - All merchandise may be sold out early, and cancellation or refund of exhibition tickets due to sold-out merchandise is not possible. - If you wish to purchase an album, you can do so at the cashier’s desk. Please inform the staff of the item you would like to purchase. - The number of items one customer can purchase may be limited depending on the product. The purchase limit for each product can be checked in the Merch Shop. - The purchase limit for each item is determined on a per-person basis and is not based on the number of tickets purchased. - However, the purchase limit for each person is based on each time slot. - Payment may be denied or canceled if the transaction would exceed the purchase limit. - Shopping bags can be purchased for an additional fee by customers buying merchandise. Otherwise, it cannot be purchased separately. - Payment for merchandise can only be made via credit card, Samsung Pay, or Apple Pay. (Cash and QR code payment methods are not accepted.) [Exchanges and Refunds] -For exchanges and refunds, please bring the item, receipt, and method of payment within 14 days of making the purchase. - During the operating period, exchanges and refunds are available only at the Merch Shop. - For related inquiries after the operating period, please contact us by email (popup@hybecorp.com). - “Random” products can only be exchanged if they are defective. - If you wish to exchange an item due to a defect but the item is sold out, it cannot be exchanged for the same item, and a refund will be issued. - Refunds or exchanges will be denied in the following cases: > The gifts provided upon purchase are not returned or are damaged > The product has sustained damage, such as damaged or missing product tags, labels, packaging, etc., caused by the customer > The product shows signs of use, such as contamination, body or perfume odor, signs of being washed, or opened/damaged packaging > The product has had its value damaged to an extent that it cannot be resold, including damage to the packaging > Please consult a shop employee should you need additional information regarding the refund and exchange policy. [Merch Shop Events] - Merchandise Purchase Giveaway (Album Purchase Amount Excluded) - If you purchase merchandise worth KRW 50,000 or more, you will receive one random unreleased selfie photo card (randomly selected out of five types). - Photo cards will be given each time you reach the purchase amount threshold (For example, if you spend KRW 120,000 or more, you will receive two random photo cards). - The gift will be provided at the cashier desk upon purchase of a product. - Album Purchase Giveaway (Merchandise Purchase Amount Excluded) - If you purchase one or more albums, you will receive one random photo card for each album purchased (randomly selected out of five types). - If you purchase three or more albums of any type, you will receive one set of 5 unreleased selfie photo cards. - Photo cards will be given each time you reach the purchase amount threshold (For example, if you purchase four albums, you receive one photo card set and one randomly selected photo card). - The gift will be provided at the cashier desk upon purchase of a product. - Merchandise purchases will not be counted toward the Album Purchase Giveaway. * Merchandise and Album Gift Components > Merchandise Gift: Unreleased Selfie Photo Card A - 1 type per member / 5 types total (*Exclusively available at the TOMORROW X TOGETHER ‘LAYERS OF US’ Exhibition Merch Shop) > Album Gift: Unreleased Selfie Photo Card B - 1 type per member / 5 types total (*Exclusively available at the TOMORROW X TOGETHER ‘LAYERS OF US’ Exhibition Merch Shop) [Other Usage Guidelines and Precautions] - No food or drinks are allowed to ensure your pleasant experience. Animal companions will be restricted from entering (except for service dogs for the disabled). - Any photography or video recording for commercial or promotional purposes that are not agreed upon in advance is forbidden (Bloggers, influencers, streamers, etc.). - Surveillance cameras are in place to ensure the safety of our customers. - We may take photos or videos inside and around the shop. The photos and videos may be uploaded on HYBE’s social media channels, platforms, etc. We ask for your understanding. - Parking is not available in the building. Please use another parking lot or public transportation. Parking validation will not be provided. - Please do not wait in line overnight. We cannot guarantee your safety during night hours, and any lines may be asked to disperse.
