안녕하세요. 투모로우바이투게더 팬클럽 담당자입니다. 투모로우바이투게더에게 사랑과 응원을 보내주시는 팬 여러분께 진심으로 감사의 말씀을 전합니다. 건전한 팬 문화 형성과 아티스트 권리 보호를 위한 투모로우바이투게더 팬 에티켓 규칙을 안내드립니다. 반드시 숙지해주시면 감사하겠습니다. <팬 에티켓 규칙> 1. 비공식 스케줄 장소 또는 사적 공간 방문을 금지합니다. - 빅히트 엔터테인먼트 홈페이지 내 스케줄 및 투모로우바이투게더 위버스 내 공지를 통해 안내하는 공식 스케줄 외 비공식 스케줄 장소 또는 사적 공간(회사, 연습실, 숙소 및 그 근처, 기타 투모로우바이투게더가 방문하거나 관련한 장소) 방문 - 해외 투어 및 스케줄, 개인 일정 등을 포함한 모든 국내외 입출국 시 부당한 방법을 통해 얻은 정보로 공항에 방문하거나 동일한 항공편을 이용하는 행위 - 아티스트의 사적 공간(숙소, 본가 등)으로 선물 또는 편지를 보내거나 두고가는 행위 2. 아티스트에 대한 스토킹을 금지합니다. - 지속적으로 연락, 방문, 배회, 대화, 신체접촉 등을 하거나 시도하는 행위 - 위와 동일한 행위를 아티스트의 가족, 지인, 친구 등을 상대로 하는 경우 - 공연장·행사장 내 비표를 불법으로 복사·제작·취득하여 대기실 등 아티스트 주변으로 접근하는 행위 3. 아티스트 개인정보 판매 및 구매를 금지합니다. - 아티스트의 주민등록번호, 전화번호, 집주소, 아이디 등 개인정보를 사고파는 행위 또는 그러한 시도 - 항공편, 좌석 등 항공정보를 사고파는 행위 또는 그러한 시도 4. 허용된 공간 외에서의 사진, 동영상 촬영 또는 녹음 행위는 불가합니다. - 비공식 스케줄 장소 또는 사적 공간에 방문하여 아티스트 동의 없이 몰래 촬영 또는 녹음하는 행위 - 촬영이 허용되지 않는 곳에서의 사진 및 동영상 촬영, 녹음 및 영상, 음성 중계(라이브 스트리밍) 등의 행위 - 공연 또는 현장 규정 등을 위반하여 촬영 및 녹음 가능한 모든 기기 반입(휴대전화 제외) 또는 휴대전화를 녹음 및 녹화 등의 목적으로 사용하는 행위 - 기타 촬영 및 녹음 관련 저작권 침해에 해당하는 행위 - * 촬영 비허용 공간: 공항 내부(티켓 카운터, 공항 검색대, 라운지, 면세점, 게이트, 보안구역, 수하물 수취구역 등), 방송국 내부, 촬영 불가한 공연장 등 * 적발된 경우 녹음·녹화된 자료의 삭제를 요구 받을 수 있으며, 강제 퇴장됩니다. * 퇴장 조치 시 발생하는 기기 파손에 대해 일절 책임지지 않습니다. * 공개방송 현장 적발 시 방송국의 재량으로 모든 MOA에게 불이익이 적용될 수 있습니다. 5. 아티스트 관련 업무 방해 행위를 금지합니다. - 아티스트 담당 인력이나 스태프, 국내외 경호팀, 기타 관계자의 업무를 방해하거나, 협조 요청에 불응하는 행위 - 아티스트의 차량 탑승을 막아서거나 차량 전반을 막아 이동을 불가하게 하는 행위 - 차량을 이용해 아티스트 차량을 쫓는 행위 6. 기타 부적절한 행위를 금지합니다. - 팬 활동을 위해 타인을 사칭하는 행위 (신분증 양도 및 불법 취득 신분증 사용, 타인 신분증 및 기타 서류 사용 또는 위조 등) - 팬클럽석으로 참여하는 공개방송 사전 신청 후 불참하거나, 현장에서의 팬클럽 확인 준비물 미지참으로 인한 참석 불가로 타인의 참여 기회를 제한하는 행위 - 아티스트에게 신체적, 정신적 위협을 가하는 행위 - 손 편지를 제외한 선물을 일방적으로 전달하는 행위 (별도 팬레터 전달 안내 참고) - 상기 사항에 준하여 기타 팬으로서 하지 말아야 하거나 팬덤으로부터 지탄 받을 수 있는 부적절한 행위 <팬 에티켓 위반자 대상 조치> 1. 본 팬 에티켓 규칙을 위반하는 행동 적발 시 사전 경고 없이 투모로우바이투게더 글로벌 공식 팬클럽(MOA Membership)의 자격 및 혜택이 제한 또는 박탈될 수 있습니다. 2. 투모로우바이투게더의 공식 스케줄 현장(공연, 공개방송, 팬사인회 등) 방문 시 사전 안내 없이 입장이 제한되거나 참여가 불가능할 수 있습니다. 3. 위 규칙을 위반하는 행위가 범법 행위에 해당된다고 판단될 시, 증거 수집 및 민·형사 등의 법적조치가 있을 수 있습니다. 4. 본 팬 에티켓 규칙은 투모로우바이투게더 글로벌 공식 팬클럽(MOA Membership) 회원 가입 여부와 상관 없이 모든 팬 또는 일반인에게 적용됩니다. 앞으로도 건전한 팬 문화 형성과 아티스트 권리 보호를 위해 더욱 노력하겠습니다. 팬 여러분의 적극적인 협조 부탁드립니다. 감사합니다. --- Hello, this is your TOMORROW X TOGETHER Fan Club manager. We would like to sincerely thank all of our fans for your love and support for TOMORROW X TOGETHER. We would like to provide a review of TOMORROW X TOGETHER Fan etiquette rules to ensure that we can create a sound fan culture and protect the rights of our artists. Please make careful note of the rules below. <Fan Etiquette Rules> 1. Please do not visit set or locations closed to the public or private spaces. - Do not visit sets, locations or activities that are not listed as official on the Big Hit Entertainment schedule page or via Weverse announcement. Do not visit private spaces such as company offices, practice rooms, living spaces or nearby areas, and any other locations that TOMORROW X TOGETHER has visited or are related to them. - Do not visit airports or board the same flight as the artists during any part of their domestic or international activities including tours and personal traveling by using information acquired improperly. Do not send or leave gifts or letters at the artists’ private locations (living space, family home, etc.). 2. Please do not stalk the artists. - Do not carry out or repeatedly attempt to contact, visit, follow, talk to or make physical contact with the artists. - Do not attempt the above actions towards the family members, friends and acquaintances of the artists. - Do not attempt to access the waiting room of the artist or try to approach them by illegally copying, producing or acquiring passes at concert venues or other similar access-controlled locations. 3. Please do not sell or purchase the artists’ personal information. - Do not transact or attempt to transact the artists’ personal information such as resident registration number, phone number, address, ID, etc. - Do not transact or attempt to transact flight information such as flight number or seat number. 4. Please do not take photographs or record video or audio except where permitted. - Do not covertly photograph or record video or audio of the artists in closed sets or locations, or in their private spaces. - Do not photograph or take video or audio, or broadcast (live stream) video or audio where such activities are prohibited. - Do not violate rules prohibiting the possession of any devices capable of recording video or audio into concert or other venues (except mobile phones), or use mobile phones for the purpose of recording video or audio. - Do not engage in video or audio recording activities that violate copyrights. - * Areas where recording is not permitted: inside airports (ticket counter, security checkpoint, lounge, duty-free stores, boarding gate, security area, baggage claim area), inside network broadcast studios, and performances and any venues where recording video or audio is prohibited. * If violations are discovered, you may be asked to delete any video or audio recordings, and will be escorted out of the venue. * We hold no responsibility for any devices damaged while you are being escorted out. * If violations are discovered during open music show recordings, the network may sanction the entire MOA fan body. 5. Please do not interfere with artist-related activities. - Do not interfere with the duties of artist management staff, security personnel in Korea and abroad or any other persons carrying out artists-related activities, or refuse to comply with their requests for cooperation. - Do not block the artists from entering their vehicles or prevent the vehicles from moving normally. - Do not engage in a vehicle chase with the artists’ vehicles. 6. Please do not engage in other inappropriate actions. - Do not assume a false identity to engage in fan activities (transfering ID cards, using an unlawfully-acquired ID, using another person’s ID or documents or forging such documents). - Do not limit the opportunities of other members from attending events by applying for then failing to show up for a Fan Club seat for a music show broadcast or failing to bring the necessary identity verification materials to such an event. - Do not engage in actions that physically or mentally threaten the artists. - Do not force a gift on the artist except handwritten letters. (Please refer to the separate notice on fan letters). - Do not engage in other improper and inappropriate actions unbefitting of a fan or that which may be seen in a negative light by the fandom. <For Violations of Fan Etiquette Rules> 1. If any violations of the Fan etiquette rules are discovered, you may be restricted or prohibited from receiving the benefits of the official TOMORROW X TOGETHER Global Fan Club (MOA Membership) without prior warning. 2. Entrance to an official TOMORROW X TOGETHER activity (performance, music shows, fan signing events, etc) may be restricted or prohibited without prior notice. 3. If any actions that do not comply with the etiquette rules above are found to be unlawful, evidence may be collected and violators may be subject to civil and criminal penalties. 4. This set of Fan etiquette rules does not only apply to the global official fan club members (MOA Membership holders) but to the entire public, fan or otherwise. Thank you. --- こんにちは。 TOMORROW X TOGETHER ファンクラブの担当者です。 TOMORROW X TOGETHERに愛情と応援を送ってくださる、ファンの皆さんに心から感謝申し上げます。 健全で安全なファン文化の形成とアーティストの権利保護に向けた、TOMORROW X TOGETHERのファン・エチケットに関するルールをご案内いたします。必ずご確認の上、お守りくださいますようお願い申し上げます。 <ファン・エチケットに関するルール> 1. 非公式スケジュール場所およびプライベートスペースへの訪問を禁止しております。 - Big Hit Entertainmentのホームページ内のスケジュールおよびTOMORROW X TOGETHERのWeverse内のお知らせを通じて案内される、公式スケジュール以外の非公式スケジュール場所およびプライベートスペース(会社・練習室・宿舎およびその周辺・その他のTOMORROW X TOGETHERが訪問したり関連のある場所)への訪問 - 海外ツアーおよびスケジュール、個人スケジュールなどを含めたすべての国内外の出入国の際、不正な方法を通じて得られた情報を使って空港を訪問したり、同一航空便を利用する行為 - アーティストのプライベートスペース(宿舎、実家など)に贈り物や手紙を送ったり置いていく行為 2. アーティストに対するつきまとい行為を固く禁止しております。 - 持続的に連絡、訪問、徘徊、話しかけ、身体接触などをしたり、試みる行為 - 上記と同様な行為をアーティストの家族、知り合い、友だちを対象に行うこと - 公演場·イベント会場内の入館証を違法にコピー·製作·取得し、控え室などアーティストの周辺に接近する行為 3. アーティストの個人情報販売および購入を禁止しております。 - アーティストの住民登録番号、電話番号、住所、IDなどの個人情報を売買する行為またはそのような試み - 航空便、座席など航空情報を売買する行為またはそのような試み 4. 許可された場所以外での写真や動画の撮影および録音は禁止しております。 - 非公式スケジュール場所およびプライベートスペースに訪問し、アーティストの同意なしに無断で撮影または録音する行為 - 撮影が許可されていない場所での写真および動画撮影、録音および映像、音声中継(ライブストリーミング)などの行為 - 公演または現場のルールを違反し、撮影および録音可能な全ての機器を搬入(携帯電話を除く)または携帯電話を録音および録画の目的で使用する行為 - その他、撮影および録音に関する著作権侵害に当たる行為 - * 撮影未許可スペース: 空港内部(チケットカウンター、空港保安検査場、ラウンジ、免税店、ゲート、コンコース、保安区域、手荷物受取区域など)、放送局内部、撮影が許可されていない公演場など * 摘発の際には、録音·録画された資料の削除を要求し、強制退場の措置を取らせていただきます。 * 退場措置の際に発生する機器の破損につきましては一切責任を負いません。 * 公開放送現場での摘発の際、放送局の裁量によってすべてのMOAが不利益を被る場合もあります。 5. アーティスト関連の業務への妨害行為を禁止しております。 - アーティスト担当やスタッフ、国内外の警護チーム、その他の関係者の業務を妨げたり協力の要請に応じない行為 - アーティストの車への乗車を妨害したり車両全般を妨げ、移動を困難にする行為 - 車を利用し、アーティストの車を追いかける行為 6. その他の不適切な行為を禁じております。 - ファン活動のために身分を詐称する行為 (身分証明書譲渡および違法に取得した身分証明書の使用、他人の身分証明書およびその他の書類を使用または偽造するなど) - ファンクラブ席で参加する公開放送を事前に応募した後、参加しない行為または現場でのファンクラブ確認用の準備物の不備による参加不可のため、他人の参加機会を妨げる行為 - アーティストへの身体的、精神的脅威を与える行為 - 手紙を除くプレゼントを一方的に伝達する行為 (別途のファンレター伝達のご案内を参照) - 上記の項目に準じ、その他、ファンとして行ってはならない、またはファンダムから非難を受けかねない不適切な行為 <ファン・エチケット違反者への措置> 1. 本ファン・エチケットに関するルールを違反する行為が摘発された際、事前の警告なしに TOMORROW X TOGETHERグローバル公式ファンクラブ(MOA Membership)の資格および特典が制限または剥奪される可能性があります。 2. TOMORROW X TOGETHERの公式スケジュール現場(公演、公開放送、ファンサイン会など)への訪問の際、事前案内なしに入場が制限されたり参加ができない可能性があります。 3. 上記のルールを違反する行為が、犯罪行為に当たると判断される際には、証拠収集および民事·刑事などの法的措置を取らせていただきます。 4. 本ファン・エチケットに関するルールは、TOMORROW X TOGETHERのグローバル公式ファンクラブ(MOA Membership)会員入会の有無にかかわらず、すべてのファンまたは一般人に適用されます。 これからも、健全なファン文化の形成とアーティストの権利保護に向けて努めてまいります。 ファンの皆さんの積極的なご協力をお願い申し上げます。 ありがとうございます。
