Wi-Fi를 사용하여 이벤트에 참여하실 경우 연결이 불안정할 수 있습니다. 데이터를 사용하여 이벤트에 참여해 주시기 바랍니다. 2. 아티스트 연결 전 당첨자 본인 확인 절차가 진행됩니다. 유효한 신분증을 미리 확인하시고 준비해 주시기 바랍니다. (유효기간이 만료되지 않은 주민등록증, 여권, 청소년증 등 본인 사진 필수. 단, 학생증 불가) 3. 대한민국 외 국적자는 신분증에 기재된 영문 이름으로만 본인 확인이 가능합니다. (유효기간이 만료되지 않은 여권과 외국인 등록증으로 본인 확인 가능, 학생증 및 다른 신분증 불가) 4. 당첨자 본인 확인 시 신분증의 성명/사진/생년월일을 확인하며, 응모내용과 불일치 시 참여가 제한됩니다. 5. 당첨자는 본인(1인 1회)만 참여 가능하며, 타인에게 양도/매매 불가합니다. 만약 참여자가 당첨자 본인이 아니거나 본인 포함 2인 이상 화면에 나올 경우 통화가 바로 종료됩니다. 6. 이벤트 진행 시 아티스트 보호를 위해 모든 영상은 녹화됩니다. 이벤트 진행 도중 당첨자가 욕설, 비속어, 성적 표현, 아티스트 비방 등 부적절한 언행과 돌발행동을 할 경우, 별도 고지 없이 통화가 강제 종료됩니다. 7. 2번 이상 통화 연결이 되지 않을 경우 다음 당첨자가 먼저 진행되며, 다음 당첨자의 이벤트 진행 이후 한 번 더 연락을 드릴 예정입니다. 다시 연락이 되지 않을 경우에는 참여 의사가 없는 것으로 판단하여 재연락을 드리지 않습니다. 8. 원활한 이벤트 진행을 위해 진행처로의 발신은 삼가 주시기 바랍니다. 이벤트 진행 시간 동안 발신 시, 참여가 제한될 수 있습니다. 9. 모든 멤버와의 영상통화가 끝나면 영상통화를 종료해 주시기 바랍니다. 당첨자 본인이 통화를 종료하지 않을 경우, 강제 종료될 수 있습니다. 10. 당첨자 본인 기기의 네트워크 환경과 배터리 방전으로 연결이 불안정할 경우, 이벤트 진행이 어려울 수 있으니 사전에 네트워크 환경과 배터리 상황 등을 반드시 확인해 주시기 바랍니다. 11. 이벤트 응모 시 작성한 모든 개인정보(이름, 연락처, 생년월일 등)와 녹화 내용은 이벤트 종료 이후 7일 이내 파기됩니다. 12. 당첨자는 이벤트 진행 중 동영상 녹화 및 녹취, 이미지 캡처 등을 통해 영상, 이미지, 음성 등의 데이터를 개인소장 할 수 있습니다. 13. 초대권 양도, 판매 등 부정행위가 적발될 경우 향후 멤버십으로의 모든 이벤트 참여가 불가합니다. 14. 본 이벤트는 사전 고지 없이 당일 상황에 따라 일부 변동 및 취소될 수 있습니다. [ 영상통화 팬사인회 에티켓 ] 아래의 에티켓 위반 시, 별도 고지 없이 영상통화가 종료됩니다. 1. 주변에 소음이 없는지 확인하고, 최대한 혼자 있는 공간에서 참여해 주세요. 이벤트 진행 중 소음이 발생하거나 당첨자 본인 외 타인이 화면에 노출되지 않도록 주의해 주세요. 2. 원활한 이벤트 진행을 위해 스마트기기 또는 PC를 미리 준비해 차례를 기다려주세요. 페이스톡 방법을 미리 숙지하시고, 네트워크 연결 상태를 확인해 주시기 바랍니다. 3. 욕설, 비속어, 성적 표현, 아티스트 비방 등 부적절한 언행과 돌발 행동은 하지 않습니다. 아티스트를 아끼고 사랑해 주시는 만큼 매너 있는 모습을 보여주시길 부탁드립니다. 4. 아티스트가 불편해하는 무리한 요구는 삼가주세요. 부적절한 언행을 지속해서 요청하는 경우 연결이 종료됩니다. 5. 시간이 종료되면 대화를 마무리해 주세요. 제한된 시간 내 진행되는 이벤트이므로 다음 참여자를 위해 정해진 시간(멤버 당 1분)을 엄수해 주시기 바랍니다. 6. 이벤트가 진행되는 동안에는 영상통화 창을 종료하지 말아주세요. 모든 멤버와 영상통화를 완료한 후에 퇴장하실 수 있으며, 이벤트 도중 당첨자가 영상통화방을 퇴장할 경우 재연결되지 않습니다. --- Hello. Your identity will be verified before being connected with the artists. Please check the list of valid forms of ID and have your ID ready. (Unexpired Resident Registration Card, passport, youth ID, with verifiable photograph. Student ID will not be accepted) 3. The identity of non-Korean nationality holder can only be verified with the English name on your ID. (An unexpired passport or Alien Registration Card may be used to verify your identity; any other form of ID including student IDs cannot be accepted) 4. Your name / photograph / date of birth on your ID will be checked to verify your identity, and your participation will be restricted if your ID information does not match your application information. 5. Only the winner may participate, and your entry in the event cannot be transferred or sold. If the person in the call is not the event winner or if more than one person (including the winner) are shown in the video call, the call will be immediately disconnected. 6. All video calls during the event will be recorded to protect the artists. Any inappropriate behavior or comments from the event participant including expletives, sexual language or derogatory remarks directed at the artists will result in an immediate termination of the call. 7. If we cannot connect with you after two tries, the next winner in line will be contacted. After that call is over, one more attempt will be made to contact you. If you cannot be contacted, you will be considered as unwilling to participate and no further attempts will be made. 8. Please do not place a call to the event manager to ensure the smoothest event possible. If you place a call during the event, your participation may be restricted. 9. Please end the call after your video call with all members has been concluded. Your call may be disconnected if you do not end the call. 10. Please check your network environment and battery level before the event, since an unstable connection or low battery level may hinder your participation in the event. 11. Any personal information provided in your application (name, phone number, date of birth, etc.) and the video recording of the call will be deleted 7 days after the conclusion of the event. 12. You may record video and audio of the call as well as take screen captures during the event for your own personal use. 13. You will be ineligible for all future Membership events if any unauthorized activities are discovered, including any transfer or sale of event participation. 14. This event is subject to partial change or cancellation without prior notice. [Video call fan sign event etiquette] Any violations of the etiquette rules below will result in your call being disconnected. 1. Please check to ensure that you are in a quiet area for the call and alone as much as possible. Please try to make sure that no outside noise or other people are heard or seen during the call. 2. Please have your device or PC ready before your turn to ensure the smoothest event possible. Please familiarize yourself with how to make a video call, and check your network connection. 3. Do not make inappropriate comments including expletives, sexual comments or derogatory remarks against the artist, or engage in inappropriate behavior. Please behave in a manner that reflects your love and care for the artist. 4. Please do not make requests that may make the artist uncomfortable. If you continue to make requests for inappropriate responses, your call will be disconnected. 5. Please conclude your conversation when your allotted time ends. Since this is a timed event, please show consideration for the next event participant by being aware of the time limit (1 minute per member). 6. Please do not shut down the video call window during the event. You may exit once your call with all the members has ended; if you exit the call during the event, you will not be able to reconnect. --- いつもTOMORROW X TOGETHERに温かいご声援をいただき、誠にありがとうございます。 TOMORROW X TOGETHERのファンクラブ担当者です。 TOMORROW X TOGETHER MOA Membershipビデオ通話イベントの2回目の当選者をご案内いたします。 イベントに当選されたMOAの皆さん、おめでとうございます。当選されなかったMOAの皆さんは、3回目のイベントにご応募いただけます。 *1,2回目に当選された方々は、3回目のイベントに重複当選することはできません。 *1回目の当選者のうち、返信期間内に参加の可否について返信されなかった方々の数だけ、2回目の当選者数を追加しました。 当選者確認方法 「TXTイベントの申込履歴」にて確認 TXT Weverse > 右上の3点ボタンをタップ > 「TXTイベントの申込履歴」をタップ イベントの円滑な進行のために、ビデオ通話イベントに当選されたMOAの皆様の参加可否を確認しています。以下の注意事項をご確認の上、本人確認に必要な情報を2021年3月29日(月)18時(KST)までに TXT Weverse入会の際にお使いになったメールアドレスを利用し、ご送付ください。 < 注意事項 > 1.メール件名：[TXT] ビデオ通話イベント 当選者_1回目 2.メール本文：国・地域 / 氏名 / 生年月日 / 連絡先 / KakaoTalkのID / ビデオ通話を行う言語 (韓国語 or 英語 or 日本語のうち1つ選択) 例) 韓国 / チェ・モア / 20030304 / +82 10-1234-5678 / choi_moa / 韓国語 3.送付先：community@bighitcorp.com メンバーシップ入会の際に氏名を漢字で表記された場合、メール受付の際のご本人確認のために、メンバーシップ入会の際に入力された漢字の氏名とパスポート上の英文氏名を両方ともご記入ください。(イベント当日のご本人確認の際に、氏名が漢字で記載されている身分証とパスポートを両方ともご用意下さい。) 未提出の場合や提出期限を過ぎてからご送付された場合は、事前情報の漏れにより、イベントにご参加いただくことができないため、下記のイベント参加可否および必要情報を提出期限内にご送付ください。 イベント申請情報とご送付いただいた身分証の情報が異なる場合、イベント当日のご本人確認が不可となりますので、ご注意ください。 *ビデオ通話イベントの日時：2021年4月13日(火) 時間未定 (進行時間は後日、当選者に個別に通知) * 進行時間：当選者1人当たり5分前後 (メンバーごとに1分ずつ) * ビデオ通話チャンネル：KakaoTalk (応募の際に提出されたKakaoTalk IDで行われます。) * 進行方法：TOMORROW X TOGETHERのメンバーと当選者が1:1で、決められた時間の間に(メンバーごとに1分ずつ)ビデオ通話を進行 [ビデオ通話イベントの案内および注意事項] 1.[ビデオ通話イベントは、当選者発表の際に案内された順番通りに行われます。イベント進行前にKakaoTalkのメッセージにてイベント関連の案内をお伝えする予定ですので、メッセージをご確認の上、ネットワーク環境の安定した場所でお待ちください。Wi-Fiを利用してイベントに参加される場合、接続が不安定な場合があります。データ通信を利用してイベントにご参加ください。 2. アーティストに通話を繋ぐ前に、当選者のご本人確認を行います。有効な身分証明書を予めご確認し、ご用意ください。(有効期限が満了していない住民登録証、パスポート、青少年証など、本人の顔写真必須。学生証は不可) 3. 韓国国籍以外の方は、身分証に記載された英文氏名だけでご本人確認が可能です。(有効期限が満了していないパスポートや外国人登録証でご本人確認可能、学生証および他の身分証は不可) 4. 当選者のご本人確認の際に、身分証明書上の氏名/顔写真/生年月日を確認させていただき、応募内容と不一致がある場合、ご参加をお断わりさせていただきます。 5. 当選者はご本人(1人1回)のみ参加可能であり、他人への譲渡・売買は不可となっております。当選者ご本人ではなかったり、またはご本人を含む2名様以上が画面に映る場合、通話はすぐに終了されます。 6. イベントが行われる際にアーティスト保護のため、すべての映像は録画させていただきます。イベント進行中に当選者が悪口や俗語、性的表現、アーティストへの誹謗中傷など、不適切な言動や突発的な行動をとる場合、別途通知することなく、通話が強制終了されます。 7. 2回以上通話が繋がらなかった場合、次の当選者の方にお先にご参加いただき、当該当選者の方のイベント終了後、もう一度ご連絡させていただく予定です。再び連絡が取れない場合には、ご参加の意思がないと判断し、再度ご連絡いたしません。 8. イベントの円滑な進行のために、ビデオ通話が行われるイベント進行先のIDへの送信はご遠慮ください。イベント進行中に送信された場合、ご参加を制限させていただくことがございます。 9. 全メンバーとのビデオ通話が行われましたら、通話を終了してください。当選者ご本人がビデオ通話を終了されない場合、強制終了させていただく場合がございます。 10. 当選者ご本人の端末のネットワーク環境や電池切れにより接続が不安定な場合、イベントの進行が困難になりますので、予めネットワーク環境やバッテリーの状態などを必ずご確認ください。 11. イベントご応募の際に作成されたすべての個人情報(氏名、連絡先、生年月日など)や録画内容は、イベント終了後7日以内に破棄されます。 12. 当選者はイベント進行中に動画の録画および録音、スクリーンショットなどで、映像や写真、音声などのデータを個人的に所蔵することができます。 13. イベント当選券の譲渡や販売など、不正行為が発覚した場合、今後、メンバーシップでのすべてのイベントへのご参加が不可となります。 14. 本イベントは、予告なく当日の都合により一部変更および中止になる場合がございます。 [ ビデオ通話イベントのエチケット ] 以下のエチケットを違反した場合、別途通知することなくビデオ通話が終了されます。 1. 騒音のない静かな場所であるかを確認し、なるべく一人の空間でご参加ください。 イベント進行中に騒音が発生したり、当選者ご本人以外の他人が画面に映らないようにご注意ください。 2. イベントの円滑な進行のために、スマート端末または PCを予めご用意の上、順番をお待ちください。また、フェイストークの方法を予めチェックし、ネットワーク環境が安定しているかをご確認ください。 3. 悪口や俗語、性的表現、アーティストへの誹謗中傷など、不適切な言動や突発的な行動はとらないでください。 皆様がアーティストを大切に思い、愛してくださっている分、マナーをお守りくださいますようお願いいたします。 4. アーティストを困らせるような無理な要求はお控えください。不適切な言動を繰り返し、無理な要求をされる場合、通話が終了されます。 5. 時間が終了しましたら、会話を締めくくってください。 限られた時間内に行われるイベントであるため、次の参加者のために決められた時間(メンバー1人当たり1分)を厳守してください。 6. イベント進行中には、ビデオ通話のウィンドウを終了しないでください。 メンバー全員とビデオ通話を完了した後にご退室いただけます。イベントの途中で当選者がビデオ通話のルームから退場された場合、再度参加することはできませんのでご注意ください。
