(*Music shows, events, offline fan signings, etc. where fan participation occurs under the guidance of F&F Entertainment staff) - Please note that we do not accept fan letters during unofficial schedules such as airport immigration and content filming, as well as concerts, overseas schedules, and performance events that do not invite fan participation. - Fan letters accompanied by gifts such as gift certificates or coupons cannot be delivered. Attach a receipt confirming the purchase site and amount [Prohibited Items] - Items with cash equivalence (Gift certificates, tickets, coupons, gift cards, etc.) - All communication devices (Cell phones, tablets, smartwatches, etc., including Wi-Fi-only devices) - Live flowers and all edible products with the risk of spoilage (Including cake, catered lunch boxes, and snacks) [Caution] - All gift requests will be confirmed and processed following prior consultation with the fan club representative.
