Hello, this is F&F Entertainment. First, thanks for all your love and support toward UNIS. We would like to inform you regarding the UNIS fan letter and support. Please refer to the information below for more details (Regarding fan letters, gifts, and support after February 21, 2025) [Address] (06058)3-6, Eonju-ro 136-gil, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea (Member’s Name) - Fan letters and support (simple individual gifts, not support) can be delivered by mail or courier without prior application for support. (Personal delivery or through company visit is prohibited.) - Fan letters can be sent by mail or delivered by STAFF on official schedules but cannot be delivered directly by visiting the company. (* Public broadcasts, events, and face-to-face fan signing events with fan participation under the guidance of F&F Entertainment staff) - Please understand that we do not accept fan letters at any time during unofficial schedules such as in airport, content filming, concerts, overseas schedules, or performance events that do not recruit fan participants. - Delivering fan letters at a fan signing event, you can deliver them directly to the relevant member only in your turn. - Please note that gift certificates, coupons, etc. cannot be included when sending fan letters. - When sending fan letters and gifts, please clearly state the name of the member who will receive them. - For any electronic devices, please be sure to confirm whether to proceed by email before proceeding. - If costs such as EMS customs fees or cash on delivery shipping fees are incurred, the item cannot be received and may be returned without notice. Method: company visit / courier / quick delivery / other (write which method) [Unsupportable Items] - Cash-like items (Cash, gift certificate, gift cards, etc.) - All foods including cakes (Coffee, snacks, etc.) - Flowers, wreath (dry flowers, balloons, etc.) - Overly bulky doll [Cautions] - All support can only be delivered through consultations in advance. - Support is not possible except for the pre-announced supportable schedule. - Visiting company or quick delivery are allowed just on weekdays between 10AM to 7PM. - If you provide support by company visit, courier, or quick without prior consultation, the support will not be delivered, and we are not responsible for damage or loss. - If you do cash on delivery, the item will be returned without notice. - For overseas shipping support (EMS), please note that customs fees may apply depending on the specific item or product amount, and that you can only receive support once customs duties have been paid. - Support items can only be delivered if they have been applied for in advance. If items not listed in the application are found, they will be disposed of on-site without notice and future support applications may not be possible. - Requesting unreasonable support certification (signature, photo, etc.) from a member or person in charge, not only will it be restricted from receiving support on the same day, but in future support applications will also be restricted. - Sending fan letters, gifts, or support to members, family, staff, acquaintances, etc. through other channels without prior consultation with the person in charge, you may be disadvantaged in all future fan activities. - When delivering gifts and support, please refrain from excessive packaging as much as possible. - All support-related inquiries can only be made by e-mail.
