BTS WORLD TOUR 'LOVE YOURSELF: SPEAK YOURSELF [THE FINAL]' 공연 본인확인 등 규정 관련 재안내입니다. <본인확인 관련 안내> - 10월 29일(화) 공연의 경우, 본인확인 부스 운영이 매우 혼잡할 것으로 예상됩니다. 본인확인 부스 혼잡으로 인한 입장 지연으로는 당일 환불이 불가하니, 공연장에 미리 도착하여 본인확인을 완료해주시기 바랍니다. - 당일 혼잡을 예방하기 위해 전날인 28일(월) 오후 5시부터 오후 9시까지 사전 본인확인이 가능합니다.(*티켓 사전 배송 수령자에 한함) 단, 이날은 본인확인 부스가 아닌 티켓박스에서 임시 운영되므로, 사전 본인확인을 원하시는 분들은 티켓박스를 찾아주십시오. - 사전 본인확인을 마친 관객에게는 별도 색상의 입장 팔찌를 제공합니다. 입장 시 무작위로 재확인할 수 있으니, 공연 당일에도 반드시 신분증을 지참하시기 바랍니다. - 공연 당일인 29일(화)은 오전 8시부터 오후 7시까지 본인확인 부스를 정상 운영합니다. - 본 공연에서는 어떠한 경우에도 본인확인 절차를 생략하거나 간소화하지 않습니다. 본인확인에 어려움이 없도록, 공연 규정에 맞는 정확한 신분증을 준비해 오시기 바랍니다. <신분증 관련 안내> - 현장에서 본인확인 절차를 진행합니다. 티켓을 소지한 예매자 본인이더라도 본인명의와 일치하는 신분증 확인이 되지 않는 경우, 입장이 불가합니다. 반드시 본인확인이 가능한 신분증을 지참하시기 바랍니다. *본인확인 가능한 신분증 - 대한민국 국적 : 여권, 주민등록증, 운전면허증, 청소년증만 가능 - 외국인(대한민국 국적 외) : 여권, 외국인 등록증 - 이 외의 신분증은 인정하지 않습니다. (학생증 불가) - 모든 신분증은 유효기간이 만료되지 않은 실물 신분증만 유효한 것으로 인정합니다. - 대한민국 국적자의 신분증은 사진, 주민등록번호(13자리) 성명이 명확하게 기재되어 있고, 공공기관의 기관장이 발행한 것이어야 합니다. - 단, 청소년증 발급신청 확인서의 경우, 유효하게 발급된 문서만 인정하며 다음과 같은 요건을 갖춰야 합니다. * 해당 확인서는 전산조직으로 출력하여 발급하거나 본 서식에 사진을 붙인 후 발급할 수 있으며, 반드시 기관장의 관인이 사진과 발급정보 위 간인되어 있어야 하며, 사진을 포함한 인적사항·발급번호·유효기간은 투명스티커를 덧붙여야 합니다. * 기타 자세한 사항은 확인서 문서 하단의 ‘발급 시 유의사항’, ‘이용자 유의사항’을 확인 바랍니다. Please make note of the following rules and regulations on identity verification and other important information regarding the BTS WORLD TOUR “LOVE YOURSELF: SPEAK YOURSELF [THE FINAL]” concert. <Identity verification information> - Heavy traffic is expected at the identity verification booth for the October 29 (Tuesday) performance. As delays in entry due to crowds at the identity verification booth do not constitute a valid reason for a refund, please arrive well in advance to complete your identity verification in time. - To avoid delays on the day of the performance, early identity verification will be available on the 28th (Monday) from 5pm to 9pm. (*Only for guests who have received their ticket in advance). However, please note that identity verification will be conducted at the Ticket Booth (and not the normal identity verification booth) only on this day. Please visit the Ticket Booth on this day to verify your identity. - A wristband with a different color will be given to guest who have completed this early verification. As random checks may be performed during entry, please make sure you have your valid ID with you on the day of the performance. - The identity verifications booth will run for its normal hours on the day of the performance on the 29th (Tues), from 8am to 7pm. - Under no circumstances will the identity verification process be omitted or abbreviated for this performance. Make sure you have the valid ID as per the regulations ensure a smooth verification process. <ID information> - Verification of your identity will be conducted on-site. Even if you have made the reservation and hold a ticket, you will be denied entry if you do not have identification in your name. Please make sure you bring a form of ID that can verify your identity. *Valid forms of identification - For Koreans: passport, residence ID card, driver’s license, youth ID card - For foreigners (guests who are not Korean citizens): passport, alien registration card - No other forms of ID are accepted (student ID cards are not valid forms of ID). - Only physical ID cards that have not expired will be considered valid. - Valid ID for a Korean citizen must clearly show a picture, residence ID number (13 digits) and name, and must be issued by the director of a public agency. - For a youth ID card issue certificate, only a certificate properly issued will be accepted; it must adhere to the following guidelines: * the certificate can be printed via electronic system or issued with a photograph affixed to the certificate form; the seal of the director of the issuing agency must be imprinted on the photograph and information of the bearer, and a transparent sticker must be affixed over the photograph, personal information, issue number and dates of validity. * Check the “information for issuance” and “information for user” at the bottom of the form for additional details. (seal: the official seal must be stamped on the photograph attached or printed on the certificate) - No other documents or IDs other than those listed in this notice are accepted as valid. <Other information> - A Lost and Found kiosk is located at the information booth in the Hodori Plaza.
