Various fun activities are prepared for you at Weverse Booths: At Weverse Photobooth, take a photo in a frame like the artists performing at Weverse Con Festival. At Weverse by Fans booth, try out our new Weverse by Fans service where you can purchase unique merch customized by you, using photos you like! ⏰ Operation Dates and Hours (KST) Sat. June 10 - Sun. June 11, 2023 10:00 AM - 5:30 PM * The schedule is subject to change depending on the circumstances at the site. 🌏Location In front of KSPO DOME in Han-Eul Square 🎫How to Use the Booths When you are within a 3-km radius of the 2023 Weverse Con Festival venue, you can request to participate in the programs. All programs can be joined only by using the Weverse Queues service, except for “Weverse by Fans: Pickup booth”. Please note that you will not be able to participate in programs by waiting at the booth without using Weverse Queues. 1) Join by Weverse Queues - Weverse Photobooth - Weverse by Fans - Photocard booth - Weverse by Fans - Pin Badge booth 2) Weverse by Fans - Before visiting the booth, customize a product and check out on Weverse Shop app. When the production is finished, visit the booth to pick up the customized product. 🚩How to Use Weverse Queues ☞ Check the details here. * You may be unable to enter the booth even if you’ve joined the queues using Weverse Queues, depending on the site circumstances and operation hours. 🔎Booth Programs Guide🔎 1. Weverse Photobooth Capture the precious moments in a 4-Cut photo strip printed with a special 2023 Weverse Con Festival frame! Take a photo in the special frame like the artists performing at the festival. Make this festival unforgettable with Weverse! -Capacity: Maximum 4 persons at a time -Two photo strips will be given per photoshoot. 2. Try Out Weverse by Fans 1) Photocard booth Make a special photocard of your own, using your favorite artist’s photos. It will be one-of-a-kind! -Capacity: Maximum 1 person at a time -Each participant will be given the opportunity to create and get their own photocard. 2) Pin badge booth Use the photos and logos of your favorite artist to create a uniquely stylish pin badge that will spice up your fashion! Wear the pin badge and enjoy the festival! -Capacity: Maximum 1 person at a time -Each participant will be given the opportunity to create and get their own pin badge. 3. Weverse by Fans: Pickup booth Customize your own merch using special photos, logos, and handwriting of your favorite artists! Enjoy and celebrate the festival with your special merch items! Step 1 - Go to Weverse Shop app > Weverse Con Festival. Step 2 - Select a product you want from the “by Fans” category. Step 3 - Create your own merch and place the order. Step 4 - Go to My Page to check when the production is complete and a QR code is issued. Step 5 - Visit Weverse by Fans Pickup Booth and present the QR code to pick up the product. * Production of customized products may take up to 2 hours. The production time differs by product. Please Note 🚨IMPORTANT!🚨 - When it’s almost your turn, you will get a calling message. When you receive the message, please come to the booth. - Please show the staff your Weverse Queues screen when entering the booth. A screenshot or shared image of the screen will not be accepted. - For Weverse Photobooth, Weverse by Fans - Photocard booth, and Weverse by Fans - Pin badge booth, you can join the programs only by using the Weverse Queues service. Please note that you cannot participate in the programs by waiting at the booth without using Weverse Queues. - You may be unable to enter the booth even if you’ve joined the queues using Weverse Queues, depending on the site circumstances and operation hours. - If your turn has passed, your queuing request will automatically be canceled and you will be unable to enter the booth. Please make sure to keep an eye out for the calling message on your KakaoTalk or email. If you do not come to the booth after the calling message has been sent or do not go through the admission process, you cannot enter the booth. - Once your turn is finished, please promptly leave the booth for the next participants.
