Hello from Weverse 👋 We are excited to announce that “Weverse Queues”, a service that allows you to conveniently line up online for booths at the festival without physically waiting in line, will be available at the AliExpress 2024 Weverse Con Festival this year. 🔍 What is Weverse Queues? - It is a service that allows you to conveniently line up online for various booths at the festival without physically waiting in line in front of them. Simply line up for the booth you want on your mobile device, and proceed to the booth when you receive a notification message. Save time waiting in line and enjoy the festival with weverse queues! ⏰ Weverse Queues Starting Time (KST) - Mon. June 10, 2024, 4:00 PM (KST) (You can check which booths are available on weverse queues in advance. You can start lining up for each booth once the festival starts.) 🔍 Available Booths on Weverse Queues & Start Times (KST) - weverse Custom Booth : 9:40 AM / 12:20 PM / 2:40 PM - weverse Photo Booth : 9:40 AM - weverse Photo Card Booth : 9:40 AM / 11:40 AM / 2:40 PM - weverse Park : 9:00 AM (Please check the detailed instructions for using each booth in the notice for booths.) 🔍 How to Use Weverse Queues 1. Go to the AliExpress 2024 Weverse Con Festival website -> PROGRAMS -> Map & Booth -> click the button to check the available booths -> select the booth you want and click the button to line up 2. Open weverse app -> tab the top banner that says “Weverse Queues” -> select the booth you want and tab the button to line up (available only on the day of the festival) 3. Scan the weverse queues QR code at the festival venue -> select the booth you want and tab the button to line up (available only on the day of the festival) 🚨 Please Note When Using Weverse Queues - We recommend accessing weverse queues through the weverse app (this service is not available on computers). - Please update the app to the latest version for a stable app experience. - weverse queues can only be accessed within a 5-km radius of the festival venue. Access to your location information is required. If you have denied access to your location previously, you can allow weverse to access your location information by following these steps: ㄴ APP: Settings -> weverse -> allow weverse to access your locations ㄴ WEB: Settings -> locations -> your web browser -> allow weverse to access your locations - You must log in to the weverse app to use weverse queues. - A notification message will be sent to you, via your selected notification method, when your turn is approaching. Please wait near the gate or booth for your turn to enter. - If you have trouble receiving notification messages, please check the following: ㄴKakaoTalk: Make sure you have not blocked the @weverseofficial channel. ㄴEmail: Make sure that you have entered your email address correctly, and check your spam folder. - The notification messages will be sent three times in total. If you receive all three notification messages but fail to visit the booth during your turn, you will lose your turn. - The waiting time may vary depending on the on-site circumstances. - If you choose to leave the line before entering the booth, you will lose your spot in the line. You must line up again if you want to enter the same booth. - The staff will check your status page before you enter the booth. Screenshots of your status page will not be accepted because they may have been shared with others. - Queues may be closed due to the circumstances at the booth. We will inform you via notification messages if this occurs. - For some booths, you may be able to enter immediately. For these booths, weverse queues will not be required. --- 🔔 Using Weverse Queues in Weverse Park Guide 🔔 Weverse Park at the AliExpress 2024 Weverse Con Festival has been prepared as a picnic zone, where you can sit on your picnic mat and enjoy the performance. (No standing areas available for concert viewing) Please note that you must add your ticket before using weverse queues, to enjoy Weverse Park. We recommend that you add your tickets before visiting the festival venue. 🔗 Add ticket * Please Note When Adding Tickets - Only customers who have purchased 1 DAY PASS and/or GREEN PASS tickets can add their tickets. - Only customers who have purchased their tickets before Fri. June 14, 2024, 11:59 PM (KST) can add their tickets. - Membership pre-sale tickets and membership pre-sale Play & Stay tickets will be automatically added. Please check your purchased ticket(s) in advance to make sure they have been added correctly. - If you have purchased a 1 DAY PASS and/or GREEN PASS ticket for each day on June 15 and June 16, you must add both tickets to use the weverse queues service on both days. - You can use the ticket number once for each reservation number when adding tickets. Please do not share your ticket reservation number with others. - If you encounter any errors when adding tickets, please contact "Help" on weverse. ⏰ weverse queue Starting Time for Weverse Park (KST) - Sat. June 15, 2024, 9:00 AM - Sun. June 16, 2024, 9:00 AM (Please note that this is the time when the weverse queue opens. You can enter after lining up via weverse queues when you receive the notification message.) 🚨 Please Note When Using Weverse Queues in Weverse Park - Ticket holders can enter Weverse Park only once per person per day, with the help of weverse queues. Example) You can enter Weverse Park once on Saturday, June 15, 2024, and once on Sunday, June 16, 2024, if you plan to visit the park on both days. Every time you want to enter Weverse Park, you have to line up via weverse queues. - When you join the line on weverse queues, you will receive a number on a first-come, first-served basis. Your admissions order will be decided by the number you are given. - Only one person per ticket number can join the line. So if you want to enter Weverse Park together with a friend, you must both join the line. - Please note that customers who have purchased "Play & Stay" tickets will be able to enter Weverse Park with a companion. The "Play & Stay" ticket holder must line up on weverse queues, and present their "Play & Stay" ticket on-site in order to enter Weverse Park with a companion. - If you choose to leave the line before entering Weverse Park, you will lose your spot in the line. You must line up again if you want to enter Weverse Park. - Sharing your queue status screen with others may result in disadvantages in entering the picnic zone. 📍 How to Enter Weverse Park with Weverse Queues - Only those who have added their tickets and received a wristband after identity verification can join the line on weverse queues to enter Weverse Park at the venue. - A notification message will be sent to you, via your selected notification method, when your turn is approaching. Please make your way to the waiting area when you get the notification message. - When you join the line on weverse queues to enter Weverse Park, you will receive a number on a first-come, first-served basis. Your admissions order will be decided by the number you are given. - If the admission number you received and the admission number your friend received is far apart, you will be asked to enter separately according to your own numbers. - The first 1,000 visitors of the day will be able to enter Weverse Park immediately. After all customers who have lined up on weverse queues have entered Weverse Park, entry and exit will be freely available to everyone.
