Simply line up for the booth on your mobile device, and proceed to the booth when you receive a notification message. Save time waiting in line and enjoy the festival with Weverse Queues! ⏰ Weverse Queues Starting Time (KST) - Fri, May 23, 2025, 6:00 PM You can check the booth that’s available on Weverse Queues in advance. Those who purchased Membership-exclusive pre-sale tickets will be able to view the ticket details and make modifications. Weverse Queues for Weverse Park (Day) will begin in advance on Fri, May 30, 2025 (KST). Please check the details below. 🔎 Available Booths on Weverse Queues & Start Times (KST) Weverse Park (Day) Admission - Day 1 (Sat, May 31, 2025): Fri, May 30, 2025, 6:00 PM - Day 2 (Sun, June 1, 2025): Fri, May 30, 2025, 7:00 PM Weverse Booth - Sat, May 31, 2025 - Sun, June 1, 2025, 9:40 AM / 12:00 PM / 2:20 PM * Please check the detailed instructions for using the booth with the booth notice. * Please refer to [Weverse Park (Day) Admission Queues & Start Time] for the closing time for the Weverse Park (Day) Admission Queues. 🔎 How to Use Weverse Queues 1. Go to the 2025 Weverse Con Festival homepage → Programs → Map & Booth → Tap on the “Check Booths on Weverse Queues” button → Select the booth of your choice and tap on the “Join queue” button 2. Open the Weverse app → Tap on the Weverse Queues banner on top → Select the booth of your choice and tap on the “Join queue” button (Available from Friday, May 30th, 2025, 5:00 PM (KST) until the concert day) 3. Scan the Weverse Queues QR code at the festival venue → Select the booth of your choice and tap on the “Join queue” button (Only available on the day of the concert) 🚨 Important Weverse Queues Information - We recommend that you access Weverse Queues on the Weverse app. (Not available on computers!) - Please update the app to the latest version for a stable app experience. - Weverse Queues can only be accessed within a 5-km radius of the festival venue except for Weverse Park (Day). Access to your location information is required. If you have denied access to your location previously, you can allow Weverse to access your location information by following these steps: - APP: If you denied access to your location already, you can grant access by going to Settings → Weverse → Location - WEB: If you denied access to your location already, you can grant access by going to system settings → location → your web browser → allow tracking - You must log in to the Weverse app to use Weverse Queues. - A notification message will be sent to you, via your selected notification method, when your turn is approaching. Please stay close to the booth when you receive the notification message. - If you have trouble receiving notification messages, please check the following: - KakaoTalk: Make sure you have not blocked the @weverseofficial channel. - Email: Make sure that you have entered your email address correctly, and check your spam folder. - The notification message will be sent 3 times in total. You may not be admitted if you fail to visit the booth even after receiving the third message. - Please note that the queue time may change depending on the on-site circumstances. - The queues application record cannot be restored if you cancel your queues application and you must reapply to use Weverse Queues again. - The staff will check your status page before you enter the booth. Screenshots of your status page will not be accepted because they may have been shared with others. - Queues may be closed due to the circumstances at the booth. We will inform you if this occurs. - For some booths, you may be able to enter immediately. For these booths, Weverse Queues will not be required. ----------------------------- 🔔 Using Weverse Queues for the Weverse Park (Day) Admission 🔔 Weverse Park at the 2025 Weverse Con Festival has been prepared as a picnic zone, where you can sit on your picnic mat and enjoy the performance. (No standing areas available for concert viewing) Please note that you must add your ticket before using Weverse Queues, to enjoy Weverse Park (Day). We recommend that you add your tickets before visiting the festival venue. * Weverse Queues for the Weverse Park (Day) is only available for the Day concert customers and the Weverse Queues won’t be available for Night concert customers. * Only up to 5,000 customers can apply for Weverse Queues for the Weverse Park (Day) for each day of the festival. * Admission will be available for Weverse Queues for the Weverse Park (Day) first before general admission for the Weverse Park (Day). 🔗 Add Ticket * Please Note When Adding Tickets - Only customers who have purchased 1 DAY PASS and/or GREEN PASS tickets can add their tickets. - Only customers who have purchased their tickets before Thu, May 29, 2025, 11:59 PM (KST) can add their tickets. - Membership pre-sale tickets and Play & Stay tickets are automatically added. Please check your purchased ticket(s) in advance to make sure they have been added correctly. - Please delete the added tickets first before re-adding the tickets if you need to make changes to tickets that were added automatically. - If you have purchased a 1 DAY PASS and/or GREEN PASS ticket for each day of the festival (May 31 and June 1), you must add both tickets to use the Weverse Queues service on both days. - Your ticket reservation number can be used only once. Be careful not to share this number with others. - If you experience errors while adding tickets, please contact Help on Weverse. ⏰ Weverse Queues Starting Time for Weverse Park (Day) - Day 1 (Sat, May 31, 2025): Fri, May 30, 2025, 6:00 PM - Sat, May 31, 2025, 8:00 AM (KST) - Day 2 (Sun, June 1, 2025): Fri, May 30, 2025, 7:00 PM - Sun, June 1, 2025, 8:00 AM (KST) * Please note that this is the time when the Weverse Queues opens. You can enter after lining up via Weverse Queues when you receive the notification message. 🚨 Please Note When Using Weverse Queues for Weverse Park (Day) - Customers can apply for Weverse Queues only once per person each day, using their Weverse Park (Day) ticket for that specific day. For example) If you used Weverse Queues on Fri, May 30, 2025, 6:00 PM (KST) to enter the festival on day 1 (Saturday) and want to use Weverse Queues for day 2 as well, you need to apply for Weverse Queues again on Fri, May 30, 2025, 7:00 PM (KST) for the admission for day 2 (Sunday). - When applying for a queue, entry will be conducted in the order of the numbers assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. - Only one person per ticket number can join the queue. So if you want to enter together with a friend, you must both join the queue. - Please note that customers who have purchased "Play & Stay (2 People)" tickets will be able to enter with a companion. One of the "Play & Stay (2 People)" ticket holders must line up on Weverse Queues, and present their "Play & Stay" tickets on-site in order to enter together. - For Weverse Queues for the Weverse Park (Day) Admission, the queues application record cannot be restored if you cancel your queues application and you will NOT be able to apply for Weverse Queues again. - Sharing your queue status page with others may result in difficulties for you when entering the Weverse Park (Day). 📍 How to Enter Weverse Park with Weverse Queues - Only those who have added their tickets and who’ve successfully joined the Weverse Queues will be able to enter the Weverse Park (Day) by using the Weverse Queues for the Weverse Park (Day). - Please make your way to the waiting area marked in the above image after you have successfully applied for the Weverse Queues service. The waiting area will be exclusively used by customers who’ve joined Weverse Queues, and the main gate will be used for general admission. - The standby period for customers using Weverse Queues is 9:00 AM - 11:30 AM (KST). Admission will be conducted in the order of the numbers assigned when applying for the Weverse Queues service on a first-come, first-served basis. - Admission will be conducted on a first-come, first-served basis regardless of the assigned numbers during 11:30 AM - 12:00 PM (KST). - The admission number will be nullified after 12:00 PM (KST), and you’ll need to use the main gate to enter the festival. Please make sure to arrive at the waiting area in advance to enter using the Weverse Queues. - Customers using the Weverse Queues will be able to pick up wristbands at the wristband exchange booth near the designated waiting area. - If the admission number you received and the admission number your friend received are far apart, you will be asked to enter separately according to your own numbers. - A notification message will be sent to you, via your selected notification method, according to the on-site operation circumstances. Please check the notification message or follow the on-site guidelines to enter and/or wait to enter. We will do our best to make sure both artists and fans can enjoy our service.
