Please wait in front of the booth. - Show your queue status page to the staff when entering the booth. Screenshots of your status page will not be accepted because they may have been shared with others. - You must book your entry on Weverse Queues to enjoy the Weverse Booth. Walk-ins are not available even if you wait in line on-site. Please note that walk-ins may be accepted when all visitors have visited during designated times for the queue group, depending on the on-site circumstances. - Once your time slot has passed, your booking will be automatically canceled and you cannot enter the booth. Please make sure to check your KakaoTalk or email notification. If you don't arrive promptly after being notified or fail to confirm your turn, you might not be able to enter the booth. - Once you complete the program at the booth, please exit the booth promptly for the next participants. There will be no identity verification process at the pickup zone and anyone can pick up your purchased products if they have access to your QR code. - Purchases that are not picked up during on-site pickup hours will be canceled and refunded within three business days. - Please arrive promptly to help ensure smooth operations, as there may be a high volume of customers waiting. - The products may sell out early. - Please note that shopping bags will not be provided or sold at the booth. - Please note that booth opening hours may change depending on the circumstances on site. * You can purchase with KRW, USD, JPY, CNY, or MXN when you order products for pickup on Weverse Shop. * For on-site purchases, only credit or debit cards will be accepted and all transactions will be processed in KRW. Exchanges - Exchanges are only available within 14 days of pickup. - During the booth operation period, exchanges can only be made at the booth. Please bring the product and the receipt with you for on-site purchases. - For random photocards, exchanges will be available only with the same photocard version. - If the product you wish to exchange is out of stock, an exchange will be unavailable and refunded instead. - For exchanges after the booth operation hours, please contact Help on Weverse. 2. Refunds - Refunds are available only at the on-site booth during the operation period. * Please bring the purchased product, receipt, and the used payment method for a refund.
