Aug 1, 2023, 11:00 AM (KST) 2. Guideline Change Details: - The three free fan letter vouchers will be provided on the first day of every month as before. If community members want to send more than three fan letters, they will be able to purchase more using Jelly. - There will be no limit on how many Jelly-purchased fan letters you can send each month.
