[PRIZE COLLECTION] - Location: Myunghwa Live Hall Lobby, “PASSAGE #2 FAN EVENT(3-SHOW SPECIAL)” event counter * The prize will not be available for collection at any other location nor by post. - Collection Dates & Hours: Feb 28, 2026 (Sat) ~ Mar 1, 2026 (Sun) Open from 2 hours before showtime until the start of the show * Hours may vary depending on on-site conditions. [NOTES] - This event is open to audience members who purchased tickets to at least 3 shows of the 2025-26 강승윤(KANG SEUNG YOON) : PASSAGE #2 CONCERT TOUR in Busan, Daegu, Daejeon, Gwangju, or Seoul through interpark Global or YES24, and who complete the entry process on a first-come, first-served basis. - Priority will be determined based on the timestamp at which the entry form is submitted. - All seat types are eligible as long as 3 or more shows have been purchased. - All tickets must be purchased under the same account, and only one entry per show is allowed for each account. (Duplicate entries under the same account are not permitted). - The information entered during application (name, email, ticket numbers, etc.) must match the actual booking information. Any discrepancies will result in invalidation of the entry. - Only tickets purchased by Feb 9, 2026 (Mon) are eligible for entry. Audience members who purchased tickets before the event announcement are also eligible. (Tickets purchased on or after Feb 10 are not eligible.) - The first 200 valid entrants will receive t-shirt autographed by the artist. - You must enter the ticket numbers exactly as purchased under your own name to be recognized as a valid entry. - The prize must be collected by the winner in person; proxy collection, including by family members, is not allowed. - During prize collection, verification will be conducted using your winner number, valid ID, and all physical tickets submitted for entry. If verification cannot be completed, prize collection will not be permitted under any circumstances. - If the ticket numbers submitted do not match the physical tickets, or if any ticket is canceled or lost after submitting your entry, the entry will be invalidated. - For audience members under the age of 14 who purchased tickets using a family member's account, the following must all be presented : the purchaser's physical ID, reservation confirmation, the recipient's physical ID, original documents verifying family relationship (Resident Registration Certifiate, Health Insurance Card, or Family Relationship Certificate), and all physical tickets used for entry. - Prize collection outside the designated collection period is not permitted, and YG Entertainment will not be responsible for unclaimed prizes. - Prizes can be collected only once, and reissuance is not possible in the event of loss or damage.
