Proxy pickup, including family members, is not allowed. - At the time of prize pickup, identity verification will be conducted using the winner’s winning number stated in the official announcement, a valid ID, and all physical tickets used for entry. If verification cannot be completed, the prize cannot be claimed under any circumstances. - If the ticket number submitted at the time of entry does not match the actual ticket held, or if any ticket is canceled or lost after entry, the winning will be deemed invalid. - For minors under the age of 14 who reserved tickets under a family member’s ID, prizes may be collected only when all of the following are presented: the purchaser’s physical ID, reservation confirmation, the recipient’s physical ID, an original document proving the family relationship (Resident Registration Certificate, Health Insurance Card, or Certificate of Family Relations), and all physical tickets used for entry. - Prize pickup outside the announced hours will not be permitted, and the company will not be responsible for unclaimed prizes. - Prizes are issued once only after winner verification, and reissue is not possible in the event of loss or damage.
