We ask that those participating in this event refer to the information provided below. [Date and Location] - 4 pm and 5:30 pm, Sunday, September 14, 2025 (KST) - OUDE at Seongsu (2F, 36 Seongsui-ro 24-gil, Seongdong-gu, Seoul) ※ Parking is not available at the event location, so please use public transportation. [Identity Verification and Entry Time] - Location for Identity Verification: Outdoor Terrace, 1F, OUDE at Seongsu (* Visitors will be allowed entry sequentially after completing identity verification on the first floor) - Time Slots for Identity Verification First Session (Numbers 1 to 50): From 3:40 pm to 4 pm, Sunday, September 14, 2025 (KST) Second Session (Numbers 51 to 100): From 5:10 pm to 5:30 pm, Sunday, September 14, 2025 (KST) * Identity verification will be conducted 20 minutes before the start of each session at the outdoor terrace on the first floor of the cafe. * The assigned number is your personal identification number. Please check your number carefully and visit during the corresponding session. If you visit during a session that does not correspond to your assigned number, you will be denied entry. * On-site seating will be assigned through a separate on-site raffle, unrelated to the order of identity verification. * If you visit outside of the identity verification period, you may be denied entry depending on on-site circumstances. [How to Visit the Cafe] - Sit in the seat corresponding to your raffle number, and once the event begins, orders will be processed in the order of the assigned numbers. - Please show your favorite ZICO photo when making your order. To ensure smooth operation, please have the photo ready before making your order. - Look at the menu, order your desired drink, and then proceed to the pickup area to pick it up. - Outside of ordering hours, you may browse and experience the cafe as long as it doesn’t interfere with the event or inconvenience other fans. The event staff may intervene if you disturb other fans. - A “COMMON Sharing Zone” will be operating inside the cafe. If you have something you’d like to share with other COMMON, please share it there. - Each session is scheduled to last approximately 50 minutes. Once the event ends, please follow the staff’s instructions to exit safely. - Only handwritten fan letters will be accepted on-site on the day of the event. Any other gifts, including support items, will not be accepted. Fan letters can be placed in the fan letter box located next to the “Message Zone” within the cafe, and will be delivered to the artist. [Required Items] A valid form of ID, and your favorite photo of ZICO - Your name, photograph, and date of birth on your ID will be checked to verify your identity, and your participation will be restricted if your ID information does not match your application information. - Please be sure to bring your ID for identification verification when attending the event. You will be denied entry if you fail to bring your ID. ※ What are valid forms of ID? - For Korean Nationality Holders: Passport, Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, Youth ID (issued at Community Service Centers), Mobile ID (issued by Government24, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & National Police Agency, or PASS) - For Non-Korean Nationality Holders: Passport, Residence Card * Other forms of ID will not be accepted (e.g., Student ID, photocopy/photo of ID, a certified copy of ID, etc.) * Photographs, printouts, or mobile screenshots will not be accepted. You may be asked to open and run the mobile ID app on-site. * Your ID should match the information you used in the application, and you must bring a physical ID containing your name, date of birth, and a photo. You will be restricted from participating if the information on your ID does not match the information on your application. * Only physical IDs that have not expired will be accepted as valid forms of identification. * Your ID cannot be used to verify your identity if the photograph is not your photograph or cannot be easily recognized due to damage. * IDs will be considered invalid if any information is unclear or illegible. * Korean IDs must include a photo, date of birth (6 digits), and full name, and must be issued by the head of a public agency. * An application certificate must have a seal of the head of agency, and personal information, including the photo, personal information, issue number, and expiry date, must be covered with clear tape. An ID suspected of forgery or alteration will not be accepted. * If you applied in a language other than English and thus your identity cannot be verified with the English name on your passport, we may request an additional ID card showing your picture and name in that language. On-site content filming by KOZ ENTERTAINMENT may take place during the event. Depending on filming and editing, attendees’ likenesses may appear in the content. 7. Depending on what is filmed, attendees’ likenesses and voices may be included in the content. By participating in the event, you consent to such use without limitation. The footage may be edited and modified appropriately for the intended use of the content. 8.
