Ticket Purchase & Exhibition Viewing Guidelines - You can purchase an on-site ticket if the tickets aren’t sold out. - Children ages 9 and below are allowed entrance when accompanied by adults. No admission for infants in arms and children below 4. Also, the parents/guardians will be responsible for any damage on assets brought about the behavior of the children. - You cannot enter the exhibition if you are more than 30 minutes late, and tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded. - Please view the exhibition in the designated order due to the flow of the exhibition content. - Re-entry is not allowed once you leave. You can only enter once within your reserved time slot. Visitor Policy - 1 (one) ticket stands for 1 (one) time entrance for 1 (one) person only. - Visitors must have a valid ticket to enter the exhibition area. - Visitors must comply with the rules while getting in line to enter the exhibition area. - Taking photos and videos are allowed ONLY in specific areas/zones. Any kind of live streaming without prior permission is prohibited. The use of Fujifilm, Mirrorless, Leica cameras, GoPro, and any action or 360 cameras is strictly prohibited inside the exhibit. Any such devices found in use will be confiscated. - Food and beverages cannot be brought into the exhibition hall; hazardous materials such as bottles, fireworks, and laser pointers, as well as flowers and balloons, cannot be brought into the venue. - Animals, with the exception of service animals, are not allowed into the exhibition hall. - Visitors must always keep their belongings in check. We are not responsible for any loss. - Any illegal sale of goods around the exhibition hall on the day of the exhibition is prohibited. If discovered, you may be held legally liable.
