[NOTICE] LE SSERAFIM 2024 S/S POP UP in Melbourne Guest Admission & Purchasing Guide (ENG)

DATE April 20 – June 9, 2024 Hours Saturday to Wednesday - 10:00AM - 7:00PM Thursday & Friday - 10:00AM - 9:00PM Location Melbourne Emporium: Shop LG23, 287 Lonsdale St, Melbourne WAIT LINE OPERATION - Prior to store opening, customers can queue in front of the POP UP. - Numbered tickets will be distributed to the queue to ensure fair operation. - Additional security and POP UP staff will be in charge of guiding the customers and managing the wait lines. - Waiting may be restricted if the number of customers in line exceeds the number of customers the venue can accommodate. IMPORTANT INFORMATION By entering the LE SSERAFIM 2024 S/S POP UP, all visitors are agree to the following terms and conditions : - The POP UP can accommodate a maximum of 80 persons at a time. Please proceed to outside queueing while waiting for your turn. - For safety of guests and staff, CCTVs are in operation. - Guests will be responsible for their own personal belongings. The POP UP management will not be responsible for any loss, damages or theft. - No food and drinks or pets are allowed in POP UP. - Photography or videography for commercial or promotional purposes without permission will not be allowed. - The POP UP management reserves the right to refuse admission and/or ask any guest to leave the premises for engaging in behaviors deemed disorderly or inappropriate. - Pictures and videos will be taken inside the POP UP and these images or videos may be uploaded through HYBE’s official social channels, social media platforms, etc. POP UP management reserves the right to refuse admission and/or dismiss any visitor(s) that displays disorderly or inappropriate conduct. Visitors may be asked to leave if the above terms and conditions are not adhered to. Product Sales Policies - All items are exclusive to [LE SSERAFIM 2024 S/S POP UP] - The limit to the number of items one guest can purchase may be different for each product, and the payment may be cancelled if the number exceeds the limit. - Payment can be made via cash, credit card, and other available cashless affiliates. (surcharges for card payments may apply). - The POP UP may carry different products during its operating period and may sell out early due to limited quantity. - Items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except under exceptional circumstances. - Cashiers will ask every customer to double-check their item(s) at the checkout counter before paying. B2C Purchasing Guidelines - Items in the POP UP may sell out early due to limited quantities. - Payment can be made via cash or debit/credit card. (surcharges for card payments may apply). - Exchanges or refunds will not be performed. Please make sure you have the correct item(s) before payment. - In the event of a defective item, exchanges will only be provided on the day of purchase and when accompanied by a receipt. Please double-check all items within the day of purchase. - To inquire about an exchange or refund, please see a POP UP staff member. - Shopping bags will be available for a fee. Product Refund Policies - In the event of a defective item being reported after payment and on the same day as purchased, staff is to check the receipt for purchase info. - The details of the defective item(s) are to be informed to management and items can only be exchanged upon management’s approval. - If the same item is no longer available for exchange, customers may choose to exchange for a stocked product of equal or greater value. If the chosen item is of greater value, the customer will pay the difference.
