Reservation Information 1) Fanclub Verification Process for Fanclub Presale - Verification Period: February 5, 2024 (Mon) 2:00PM (KST) ~ February 15 (Thu) 11:59:59PM (KST) - The members of “E.L.F.” (GL), Weverse’s official Fanclub of SUPER JUNIOR can reserve the ticket in advance only when completing the verification process for the Fanclub through this page to reserve the ticket of the concert. Please make sure to finish the verification process for the Fanclub within the applicable period. - For the verification process for Fanclub Presale, you can verify yourself with your Weverse account’s membership of “E.L.F.” (GL), Weverse’s official Fanclub of SUPER JUNIOR. - If the Fanclub verification for Fanclub Presale is conducted on the Korean-language page, you can purchase the ticket only through the Korean-language page. If the Fanclub verification for Fanclub Presale is conducted on the global page, you can purchase the ticket only through the global page. - You can verify yourself with only one Weverse account that you applied for the Presale per Melon Ticket ID. Duplicate verification will be impossible. - The membership information that completes the verification process cannot be amended, canceled, nor reused. But, in case of the method to make a deposit without a bankbook, the reservation must be completed by the day of reservation (11:59PM). If the deposit is not completed within the period, the reserved ticket will be automatically canceled. - Even if you have completed the Fanclub verification, you can only purchase tickets through General Sales after the Fanclub Presale period, so please check the Fanclub verification and Fanclub Presale period. If the tickets are sold out during the Fanclub Presale, there may be no seats available for General Sale. 4) Wheelchair Accessible Seats - Wheelchair Accessible Seats Fanclub Presale: February 15, 2024 (Thu) 10:00AM ~ 5:59:59PM (KST) - Wheelchair Accessible Seats General Sale: February 19, 2024 (Mon) 10:00AM (KST) ~ - Wheelchair accessible seats can only be reserved via phone booking through the Melon Ticket Customer Center (1899-0042), and up to two tickets can be reserved per person, including the person using the wheelchair and one companion. Please make sure to reserve for accompanying individuals in advance, as they must also have reservations to enter. - For phone reservations, payment methods include domestically issued cards, bank transfers, and cash payments only. - You can only reserve the wheelchair accessible seats only when the name of the person who reserve them is identical to the name in the disability register card (or welfare card). If you are not the person who reserve them, you and your companion will not be allowed to enter. - You can receive your tickets for wheelchair accessible seats on-site on the concert day after presenting the original copy of your eligible ID and disability register card (or welfare card). (Proxy receipt and transfer are not allowed.) - Even if you have a disability register card (or welfare card), wheelchair accessible seats are not available for audiences who do not use wheelchair. 3. Reservation Note - When purchasing a reservation using the bank transfer payment method, the deposit must be made by 11:59:59 PM (KST) on the day of reservation to not cancel the reservation. Please note that if the payment deadline has passed, your reservation will be automatically cancelled. - The organizer and the reservation site are not responsible for any problems caused by tickets purchased or acquired through a route other than the designated official reservation site for this show. - If a reservation made through an illegal method, such as an illegal transaction or an attempt to make a reservation through an abnormal method, or a similar use is confirmed, the reservation may be canceled without prior notice and legal action may be taken.
